The worst emergency & hospital — I’ve been waiting for 8 hours, they tell me to wait in the waiting room, so I follow instructions, and sure enough I had to stop a floating nurse and ask her. She checks my bracelet and says, “Oh, I have been calling.”
Excuse me? From where? From where you told me to wait. Brutal, honestly brutal. Your telling me while the nurses were calling out patients’ names from one room to the next just to check — somehow that couldn’t have been done for me?
And on top of it, they discharged me!! That’s complete negligence. You are supposed to do your job as a nurse and staff — you work to care for patients. It’s not our responsibility to do your job — we already show up and follow your instructions.
Then one nurse can’t even look me in the eye and mumbles while walking away, saying something about me being ahead in the line. I stayed patient and calm and said, “Okay, I understand,” even though I was incredibly pissed inside.
I decided to look out into the waiting area — and to my surprise — it was dead. Not even busy. Yet more people were still going in before me. I had enough and walked out, still not seen!
I was so irritated, I let them know how terrible they were — even though I know they don’t care. They would only care if I were literally a floating paycheque. Then I’d matter.
I feel bad for the people who have no choice but to get care there. I get way better care from Burlington, Hamilton, Mississauga — and those hospitals are saturated! Yet they do their job and are actually professional and efficient. It’s worth waiting at those hospitals.
So funny, you know, nurses always say they are overworked and understaffed, but after this experience, I don’t believe it — at least not at this hospital. They don’t even deserve a single star.

Went to ER Saturday May 24 wait time was less than an hour.
Saw Dr. Buller she is the most amazing Dr i have ever seen.
She really cared about her patients and went the extra mile to get to the source of my pain.
I would highly recommend her ,

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to, the doctors here live their own lives, they don't care about people who come and wait 10 hours to see a doctor, they just don't care about people! Doctors come to their jobs just to do their shift, very irresponsible

Worst emergency room I've ever been to. I and my family have had MANY bad experiences at this ER over the years and nothing has changed.
No sense of ergancy from the staff and wait times are unbelievable.

The amount of time I waited in ER here,,,,it Doesn't even take that long in Mississauga which has 10times more population then simcoe and it’s all fun going on between doctors and nurses if they work really what they are here for it might save patients time 0% recommendations after 4hours and 30mints waiting left the hospital didn’t even get to see the doctor.

Came in ambulance, 4hrs later still 4th in line. Lady in waiting room arrived at 12:30, doctor finally seen her at 8pm
