My Husband put in an application for a doctor here, as his doctor retired and left him without one. We had high hopes for this office as it is closer to our home town and they said they were “accepting new patients” my husband filled out the application and handed it in but never heard anything back. He called today to follow up and was responded too with a rude belittling attitude and unprofessional response : “Well if you took the time to read the application you’d know that there is no timeline and we will call you if there is availability” - you have no idea what people are going through in their daily lives, a little bit of kindness can go a long way in the world today. I hope this office can reflect on this review and make the experience more welcoming and accommodating to people in the future. We will be looking elsewhere for a doctor because of a response that could have been translated kindly, regardless if it was on the application and was missed.

I was lucky enough to join this practice as a client shortly after they opened. The care from the team there (from receptionists to nurses) has second to none. In the appointments I have felt listened to, not rushed or brushed aside. When urgent medical questions or problems have arisen I have been totally treated with respect, professionalism and a fantastic Dr. thank you to my medical team! I applaud you all at his practice!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Johnson and his staff. We switched from our existing doctor as a family last year, and have been blown away by the respect, care, and time that everyone at this office pours into their patients. As a parent of two young children, I am so happy to have found a doctor that we trust and can rely on.

Can completely agree with Joanna D. This is a physician who is running a business, not a doctors office. Same goes with his partner and staff. I wouldn't even call him a doctor. Not one who cares about his patients, anyway.
