My family has Dr. Jamal as our family doctor, and we can't say enough about him. He is such an amazing doctor and we are very pleased with him, however his front desk lady Vicki is horribly rude. She is very unprofessional on the phone, she speaks over you, is not helpful and if you can't accommodate her moving your appointments (last minute i might add) she is very rude or will just flat out hang up on you or move the appointment without your consent. She stonewalls you as well to see your doctor, if she is mad at you or is irritated with you, she tells you she can't get you in for months but if you speak with his other receptionist she will book you in a few weeks. Definitely letting Dr.Jamal know about her behavior, she is not someone that should be on the phone with patients.

I've been coming here for years my old doctor retired got a new one had no problems, but now every time I come in the lady at the front desk Vicky is always in a bad mood and rude. She needs to retire, it makes me want to go to another doctor and not come back here. This was such a good place and now I don't know what happened. They also need to update there Google page. I made an appointment with them and someone on the phone told me the wrong time and day for my appointment they need to be more professional especially in a docots office where people are vulnerable and need to see a doctor for there health.

I get pneumonia alotim 70 year old senior. Called can’t get an appointment for4 months. Haven’t seen him since before COVID. If you go to emerge they give you hell for coming there.

Just a warning if you decide to find a new doctor because you can never get though. They charge you $50 for records made of gold
