I recently had to go to Queensway Vet Clinic to have my 18 year-old cat put down. It was absolutely heartbreaking and the vet tech certainly made the day harder with her lack of compassion/social skills.

The vet tech did not introduce herself or express her condolences, rather, she came into the room and stated: "Do you want cremation?". Then, she took my cat out of the room to have a catheter put in and prior to bringing my cat back, she returned with a debit machine and stated: "I'm going to cash you out".

The actual vet (older gentleman) that put my cat down was very kind and professional, however the experience with the vet tech was so unacceptable that I will not be returning to this vet clinic.

I highly recommend Queensway Veterinary Hospital because the staff and veterinarians have always been attentive to my dog’s medical needs. They use a reasonable approach when recommending tests or procedures. While veterinary costs in Ontario have skyrocketed in the last few years, Queensway continues to be affordable. Great service, expertise and trustworthy.

This Veterinary Clinic is Amazing. I brought My Dog ( Suki ) there for a Head to toe check as I had gotten her from a another Country & just wanted to be sure that everything was great. ( it was ) The Doctor & Staff were incredible, very Professional, explained everything, very patient. The prices were good. I would definitely recommend this Place.

My pup - 9years - and I are new to the area and it’s been the first time in this house and my sweet Yorkie had a small fall. I was immediately accepted and accommodated by Queensway Veterinary Hospital. We were shown respect, compassion and given quality service, with informative care.
While under pressure, I was grateful for the gracious service we were shown, as well as being new to the community, made to feel welcome.
