First time here. Came to the walk in clinic around 6:10pm for my daughter’: shots. Nice little medical centre, clean, modern on the inside.
Didn’t wait long at all, saw the doctor at 6:35 pm

The ladies at the front desk were so nice, would definitely come back and recommend to others. Thank you!

I have to say I am thoroughly impressed after visiting the Simcoe Medical Center because my son needed stitches for a deep cut to his finger. We were taken in to see Dr Uju by their amazing staff. The stitches were put in and we received the necessary treatment. This location is amazing and we were well taken care of. Thank you SO VERY MUCH.

Kim, Jaspreet are absolutely amazing. They are very caring and make the doctor’s visits an easy and stress free process. Dr Khan is an amazing physician and actually cares for his patients, puts the effort in to understand the problem. Thank you for your support during times my family and i have been sick. The reception is so nice at this clinic. Dr. Uju is a great family doctor, as well for their availability to see patients in a days notice is always unheard of in today’s health care system. All the doctors and staff here are excellent.

I visited this location and front desk one of the old lady absolutely have no training to deal with public , Unfriendly, Dull mode, No care i think this location management to pay attention to front desk staff training.
Drs are great , but the front desk staff needs training or replacement.
today i called in and asked to book appointment over the phone lady told me that dr put the not not taking me as patient, it is not fair , Dr you should not be doing beacuse of that frond desk staff who has no ethics, manners, training how to talk , i will reach out to ministry about this unless your office say sorry on this behaviour.

I have had Dr. Uju for many years and so far had absolutely no issues of concern. He always treats me with respect, always listens to my concerns and always asks if there are any further issues. I know the staff at the front desk take a lot of crap from some patients and sometime the patients get angry at them. If the patients make an appointment there would be less waiting time. I find the ladies patient and friendly.

I have just started as a patient at this practice but feel compelled to leave a positive review because of all the negative ones I see online. My family and I were running a little bit late and the receptionist was very friendly and understanding. When we did show up we didn't have to wait at all (nor were we charged anything like I see people claim) and were brought back to see the Doctor. Upon intake you sign a form stating there is a fee for appointments that are not cancelled within 24 hours so this shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.

Dr Khan seems like an extremely understanding and kind Doctor and I feel very optimistic my family has found a solid and reliable Doctor. The establishment is clean and well maintained. I personally haven't experienced anything but friendly interactions with the receptionist. They are busy taking calls all day amongst a plethora of other clerical tasks and to be efficient they cannot spend their whole day catering to one person.
As a healthcare worker I know this is a thankless job so I would like to show my gratitude and say thank you to all the hard working staff here.

I am really sick. I went to see a doctor at simcoe Medical center yesterday may20th,2025 at around 10:10 am. I was really shocked that they denied me to provide service. At Reception desk, she says you got restricted from our service at our both location "simcoe medical center and ritson nort medical center". I am like why,? I am really sick i need to be treated. She said did something happen to u at other location at ritson north medical center before. I am like wow, thats because i did not like service of dr. Ferhana tahir when i visited last year and i gave 1starr in google review? Seriously. Google review is open for public. What did i do wrong to get banned ? It not fair. Just leaving a comment in the public page. So people who give 1 star they will be restricted? I would like to have someone please help me investigate my issue. Thanks.
