Owen Sound Medical Clinic exceeded my expectations! Not only did they welcome my dog, but the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. They addressed my concerns promptly and professionally, and the entire clinic was very clean. I felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout my visit. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking top-notch medical care in a welcoming environment.

I wish I could give zero stars. Dr Bipan Sumbria is a horrible, incredibly unempathetic doctor. I was experiencing a serious medical condition and he refused to sign a doctor's note so I went without pay while I took time off work. Even our HR team was appalled at how the doctor outright refused to do these most basic processes. When I needed a return to work form he told me he wouldn't sign it without an appointment and then said his earliest appointment was 5 weeks later, HR had to b.s. the paperwork to accommodate how horrible he was. Do not come here, you deserve better. He shouldnt be allowed to practice.

Professional building with many local health services. The Owen Sound family health team of about 15 doctors, 4 nurse practitioners, several dieticians, a pharmacist, and many others. They sustain the population, especially the high proportion of the elderly in Owen Sound. But also many other services in the same building, such as a Rexall pharmacy, Georgian family dentistry, massage and physiotherapy, x-Rays lab, Life Labs bloodwork and urine lab, ear-nose-throat specialist and allergist, dermatologist, podiatrist, IV infusion clinic, and a European Bakery for good measure.

My X-rays were promptly done by a VERY competent tech. My results were sent to my doctor w/in hours. Only negative: they don’t do shoulder ultrasound scans.

This place gets my blood boiling! They are not very clear when it comes to after hours appointments to people who are out of town bringing their elderly parents in. Wasted 2hrs of driving! They are rude and not helpful. I needed to give them paperwork but had to help my mom walk into the doctor and when I came back to reception they were gone for the day without even telling before I left. I had to make another 4hr trip back to get the paperwork done.
Communication is not good with this team.

Very disappointed with how our health care system has fallen. What on earth does a telephone appointment accomplish? I'm unable to get my daughter booked for a long overdue checkup,it's a month wait for a telephone appointment. Corona Virus isn't the only ailment in this world,so other health concerns should be valued as important as well. Update: Tried to get advice for my daughter last week about a bad rash on her stomach and back,finally got through to someone,who transfered me to a nurses station,no reply,left a message,waited 2 hours,no call back,called again and asked if someone was going to call me,she said they try to reply to everyone by end of day....it's now been almost a week with no reply back. Glad it wasn't life threatening ?

I had an in person appointment booked in the middle of may, and on the day of they called me telling me that I missed a phone appointment with them 2 days ago. I said no my appointment is today in person. they said we tried calling you to move your appointment for on the phone. I never confirmed that I was available that day and they just assumed that Im able to move it. I work in a hair salon and we would NEVER move a clients appointment without confirming it with them first. Im not sure how they figured that was reasonable. they also dont answer their phones at all

Never had to wait long on the phone. Receptionist was friendly and fit me in to see my family Doctor the very same day.Very pleased. Also, got a very nice nurse practitioner at the after hours clinic. I was able to get through and get an appointment. Have an excellent family Doctor here. They do care about their patients. Don't believe any of the negative reviews at all.
