I have been seeing Monika for a couple years now and I don't know what I would do without her. When I first saw her I could barely make it there. She's about a 50 minute drive from where I live so the drive plus the appointment time was enough to send me into a flare that would take me a weeks to recover from. At that point I was almost completely bed bound, I had been extremely ill and had seen MANY Dr's and specialists, including an 11 day hospital visit that all left me without any reason for my laundry list of symptoms and absolutely No answers as to why I was so sick out of nowhere. It was bad, like really really bad.
It wasn't a quick over night fix with me because I had so many symptoms it was hard to find root causes but Monika was the ONLY person I saw who didn't make me feel like I was crazy. She listened to it all and even asked more detailed questions. By the time I went to see her I definitely had some medical trauma from what I had been through and she was the only medical room I would leave without crying my eyes out from pure hopelessness and frustration. I didn't need to go to her weekly, often months and months went by until my next appointment with her but she would give me the knowledge and tools to then go to my family Dr to request the proper blood work or tests. And slowly I started to feel better. If my family Dr refused to order a test, I was able to get it done through Monica at a very reasonable price and often the results of those tests would lead to a bit more information as to what my body needed.

Anyone would benefit from seeing Monika a few times a year but if you suffer from any unknown illness or chronic illness making an appointment with Monica could make the world of a difference.
