I came to BMR for the first time to get materials to build a ramp for my dog. Zack and Gerry not only helped me find all the materials and tools needed for the task, but actually helped me cut all the wood pieces according to the schematic I'd created.
Everything was reasonably-priced, and the service was exceptional. I came back a few days later, and some other staff (I didn't get their names) were equally helpful in finding what I needed and explaining how to use it. They were also fair, and actually talked me out of buying something I didn't need.
The only issue I found was that the store closes pretty early, even on weekdays. This may be due to the shorter daylight hours in the Winter, however.
Overall, I had a great experience here, and I'll be happy to come back for future projects.

Staff well informed and helpful. A busy location,with contractors and homeowners.
At times a slight wait at central desk, a good opportunity to learn from the varied questions and well explained answers, find it very informative .

When asked to purchase another item that I have previously bought there a few months back, was told they don't carry it and to find it at another store! 👎 turns out i went to home hardware where I was told to go by the manager of castle and found one! Btw who tells their customers to go spend their money at another store?

I love this place for any building project. They have everything you need and the guys at the service desk really work with you to get the best material for your budget. Honestly my favorite place to shop. You won't find me anywhere else.
