Today was my first visit to the Sleep Remedy.

It came highly recommended from friends and colleagues.
I know many Emergency Service members that use CPAT devices.

Fred was very knowledgable and spent the time to address all my questions and concerns.

The store was clean and well organized, reception was friendly and very accommodating.

As the owner he was also open to discuss giving back to the Community through a team sponsorship. I am involved with the Whitby Ringette Association through my daughter playing U10 age group.

I am looking forward to my next visit.

I moved to Whitby last year. Before meeting with the owner of this store I was not able to use the CPAP machine properly. It was impacting my sleep and overall health. I walked in here one day and booked an appointment. I didn't know it will change my life. The owner was so helpful and gave me suggestions that no one else gave me before. He is very knowledgeable. He also provided me demo masks which I can use and select the best one for me. Now I am using CPAP for 5-6 hours. It is truly life changing. Thanks!

The owner Frank is super knowledgeable he needs to make a YouTube video people need this knowledge.Anyway he was very smart and took his time and explained all about why we need this machine.l felt like he explained it so well.He is awsome to go see.zl highly recommend going there.They are very good at teaching us why it's important to use machine.great job l highly recommend.l also told him to share his knowledge on you tube.Very lnformative lnfo.

I asked my network for recommendations for a new CPAP provider and quite a few recommended Sleep Remedy. There were some votes for other shops but when I looked at Google reviews, the others don't seem to compare.

I'm very happy I chose to get my new machine here. I spoke with Debbie at reception first - very sweet lady who took the time to work with my doctor to get my prescription straight (Dr's fault). She managed to get my machine direct-billed for me and handled all the paperwork perfectly. That made the process so much easier.

I met Fred when I went in to get my new machine. Fred understood that I've used a CPAP for many years so he didn't talk to me like I was new. Very nice guy who understands his customers. He explained all the new features (instead of wasting time on all the stuff I did know), got me the right mask and fit it to my head and ensured I had all the accessories and paperwork that I might need. Excellent service overall.

Another thing I liked with Sleep Remedy was the choice. They stock different machines and many, many types of masks. This is contrast to other shops I checked out that seemed to only have 1 or 2 machines and a half dozen masks.

Highly recommended. I'd give them more stars if I could.

I had a pleasent conversation with the gentlemen, but he never sent the promised invoices detailing the different costs. I was waiting on that email to base my decision on wether to use CPAP or not. I tried calling multiple times and got no answer. I guess he made the decision for me, and lost my business along with it.
