My daughter was injured last night and needed urgent care, but not emergency. We checked the website for wait times and made our way over. Triaged very shortly after arrival by the kindest of nurses, then seen and treated within an hour. Super caring and knowledgeable staff, clean and well set up. I feel like our community is very blessed to have a facility as well run as the Willett.

The nursing staff is great here. Seeing negative reviews for long wait times seems like entitlement to me. This staff works hard and I appreciate all that they did for me. Dr Poon was pleasant and helpful. If you can go
to an urgent care centre and be seen the same day without paying a dime, consider yourself lucky and we should all be grateful for hard working people in the medical field.

We forget sometimes in our society how privileged we actually are when we’re not feeling well and can just head out to our community’s local medical clinic and seek attention. The Willet in Paris has a medical team that is professional, empathetic and works so hard to ensure every patient is taken care of. These front line workers should be applauded for all that they do. Thanks for taking such great care of my family and our community. ❤️

Absolute waste of time. We get there wayyyyy before closing with our sick child. Only to find out they are not accepting patients with their small tiny sign. No one came to talk to us or anything and then had to pay parking on their dinosaur, outdated system that took 5 min to validate in the pouring rain. My car is now soaked. Would not recommend.

Waited four hours to be seen by an incompetent older male doctor who refused to read notes from a previous visit and blatantly ignored a septic infection. Had to go straight from this four hour wait to sit in ER for over six more hours to have the actual concern confirmed and treated. This place is a waste of time if you end up with the wrong doctor.

Whoever is coming here will die before you get to see someone. These people are so slow mentally not even physically. They’re an urgent care centre and have no sense of urgency for any care. They say they close at 9 n turn people away from 6:30. I came they turned me away n then a couple came in after me and they were welcomed in. They’re racist too.

I arrived at the Willett Urgent Care shortly before it opened at 10:00 am. The waiting room was almost full, so I settled in for a wait. Two triage stations were set up and in quick time, patients were being triaged. I was on my way two hours later, with a script for antibiotics. Everyone I encountered from reception, triage, the doctor and a volunteer were pleasant and efficient. The doctor answered my questions. When I brought the script to my pharmacy, I was told it was on back order and not available. They faxed the dr. at Willett, and within two hours my new prescription was ready. Excellent service! Thank you to all the care team at Willett! 5stars!

The staff and Dr. Mike are amazing. They are very efficient and caring. It was the first time for us going there as we are new to Brantford. We were having a hard time finding a urgent care/walk in clinics for my daughter.
