The pharmacy is the worst. Every experience I have had with them over the last 7 years is frustrating. Something goes wrong every time. Several times they haven't have enough of the medication that I need and want me to pick up half but pay for all of it and then pick up the other half. Or they say they will deliver it and then it doesn't get delivered. When you follow up with them you get put on hold every time. Last time I was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and called back and tried again. It's one thing to screw up once or twice but it is consistently horrible there. I feel horrible giving bad reviews but this is just too many years of bad service.

After the situation today attempting to pick up a prescription I'll be taking all business elsewhere including anything I would have picked up in store. Prescription sent by doctor at 4:45pm, wife stopped at 6:30, was told they didn't even see the prescription so of course not ready and she was told 30 mins max. At 7:30pm I'm now still waiting in line...I'll edit this review with the actual time the meds are ready.

7:37 they were ready and that's the last time I'm ever stepping foot in this store. After reading other reviews this isn't an isolated nor new issue.....unacceptable for it to still be this way.

Pharmacy staff is horrible. Will charge you an unnecessary fee and very rude. Will lie. Worst pharmacy I have ever been too. It’s dirty as well. Have had to leave line multiple times because they only have one person working at a time.

The worst service ever. 5 days to deliver my meds. May not have come at all if I didn't call them. They never answer the phone and if they do they put you on hold and don't come back.

I asked for 5 lines on Ontario 49 no encore. They gave me 4 lines with encore even after i told them no twice for encore. I guess they get paid more for pushing it but i wish they would just listen to the customer instead.

Poor quality service. The pharmacy failed to read the prescriptions ordered by the hospital correctly and as a result did not fill one of the orders. I had to return to the pharmacy to question them. They, only then, saw their error. A huge lack of professionalism resulting in not doing their job correctly the first time. The pharmacy needs to increase their diligence and quality control.
