I bought a product from Kenny at the home show and later had some issues with it. I called Kenny and he told me to bring it in. He looked at it right away and unfortunately did not have the broken part in stock. So instead of making me wait for a new part, he swapped my entire machine for a brand new one - right on the spot & no questions asked. I didn’t even need my receipt - he had my purchase record right on his computer. See Kenny if you like traditional customer service where someone in-person takes care of you (not a 1-800 number). He personally backs any product that he sells.

I called this company after waking to find our central vac had suddenly stopped working (not a system that had originally been installed by them). I called aerus with the hopes of getting an appointment before Christmas, they far exceeded my expectations when just a few hours later they were at my house the fixed the problem. They were lovely to deal with and very knowledgeable. We will be absolutely using their services again in the future!
