Horrible, was up doing customer visits. My foot is in excruciating pain and they told me she wouldn’t except because I’m not from Parry Sound. I thought Parry sound was a part of Ontario. She told me to go back to Barrie. Talk about discrimination because I’m not from the same town.

Poor service. Nobody answers the phone. Messages not returned. Covid is an excuse for people to not have to do their jobs anymore. Extremely disappointed with their unprofessional attitude. Receptionist are outright rude Typical Parry Sound.
