They produce a product that the beekeeping industry needs right now. Quality control and efficacy of the product varies greatly but they have little interest in addressing those issues and never followup on complaints of product or take any responsibility no matter how much data you provide. They go through the motions of asking for lot numbers, etc but again they never follow up and just assume it was beekeeper error no matter how much experience said beekeepers have. So as beekeepers we'll keep using their product because we have to until there is a better solution, but nobody will mourn their loss when their one product is made obsolete by another. They are also no longer really interested in dealing directly with beekeepers of any size and only want to go through distributors. The further distances/shelters them from those actually use the product. Its such a shame they couldn't be more of a partner with the industry, but that would mean acknowledging their products flaws and listening to the beekeepers that use it instead of dismissing them out of hand.

Upon purchasing one of their products I was concerned about the efficiency of it and have tried to get in contact with them. Despite multiple emails over a four months period and also being aware of another person trying to contact them, there has been radio silence. Not even an acknowledgment of receiving my emails. Clearly customer service is low on their priorities.
