**REP CAMERON MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT REVIEW**

Tournament Board needs to make adjustment to rules for future years.

QWSC needs to adapt a T1 and T2 bracket for future years for rep teams U13 and above.

If not enough teams signed up for T1 (Regional, I-MODEl) teams should move up age bracket.

Most tournaments across Ontario have already adapted to this protocol.

I-MODEL C1 Teams should not be playing district T2 teams. Making a C1 Division itself the coach should have moved his team up instead of placing his team mostly in a district level tournament. Couldn’t imagine these players felt good playing mostly district teams.

How QWSC didn’t clue into this as they “reserve the right to adjust divisions” is beyond me.

You have teams across Ontario at your fields. I bet most of those district level teams don’t return due to your failed negligence especially with C1 IMODEL teams playing T2 District. Witnessed (2) age divisions have this issue. Both champions. Shocked

I understand tournaments are ran mostly by volunteers especially this tournament. Those who are sitting by the QWSC office who claim to be “board members” or “tournament director” seem absolutely clueless.

Quinte West definitely has beautiful pitches especially when we are in the biggest drought of the year. Saw multiple city crews changing garbages and conducting field repairs. Bathrooms located across entire Centennial Park.

The BEST soccer club you can find! Played in a beautiful park with best pitches around! Everyone is very friendly, committed and passionate about soccer and youth! The soccer season, development days and year end tournaments are always amazing to be apart of!! Definitely recommend if you are looking for a fun filled club for youth!

The good is that the fields are well kept and kids have fun. Unfortunately the league doesn't seem interested in development unless you are involved with one of the competitive teams, or decide to pay more money for one of their camps. The kids aren't taught any of the basics of the game througought the season unless the volunteer coach goes out of their way to learn some skills on their own. One hour long game, with zero practice time per week is not a development plan. Most of the kids run around the field not knowing what to do because they haven't been taught. It's a shame that these kids that want to learn are left to figure it out for themselves instead of having a league that puts an effort into teaching and developing skills. And it's no fault of the volunteer coaches. They don't get any training before taking on the role either. It could be a very good league with some very good upcoming players if the time and training were provided like it should be. Every other sport does this, I don't understand how it can't happen for soccer.

Great sport for the kids but the organizational skill are less than desirable. As a result, timelines were pushed and opportunities missed. Admin staff needs to straighten their act out.

Thank you very much ladies for carrying on with a 3 minute conversation about your fascinating weekend coming up. I came in there looking for help and both of you looked at me, didnt even acknowledge my presence and kept talking. It's a small community spot and you were not there for a member of the community when I needed you. Enjoy your weekend ladies.
