Ashley provides a comfortable, relaxing and soothing environment. In a few sessions I went from being in pain and feeling wound tight to more relaxed and physically comfortable. The manual osteopathic therapy is been my favourite treatment by far. My hips are in the best shape they’ve been. So very grateful.

Ashley was wonderful!! She was very thorough and asked a lot of questions. She was able to address the issue I had been having for months and I left with a significant reduction in pain. She also gave me stretches to do at home. Would definitely recommend. I will be booking again soon.
