Un employé nommé Logan a été très agréable, il m'a aidé immédiatement avec mes besoins. Je suis extrêmement satisfait de la qualité du service. Les employés sont très professionnels et amicaux. Cela est vraiment appréciable pour un client comme moi. Je recommande vivement ce magasin à tout le monde. Il est très pratique pour retrouver toutes les pièces de rechange et les batteries nécessaires à vos voitures. Je recommande de faire les courses ici si vous cherchez des pièces de rechange de qualité et à des prix raisonnables.

Walked in, immediately an employee named Logan came over with a smile to help me, i asked for double sided tape and he knew exactly where it was right away, I was in and out within 3 minutes and i left honestly in a better mood, buddy just boosts the room. Thanks Logan for making my trip quick!

Useless rip off of a store. Went in for grease. Charged me $4 more than what was advertised on the shelf. I questioned the service counter why he was charging me more than what was advertised on the shelf. He walked over to the shelf and tore the price tag off the shelf and said it was a price adjustment. That's your price. Done with this piston ring.

I don't care about $4. I would be ashamed about an employee acting this way. I work in the automotive industry and well aware of the two tier pricing system they have. We both know if this gentleman would have apologized and offered a credit there was still profit in hand. Just disgusted with how clerk davek handled the situation. I would never have a staff member like him as one of my staff members.

If he would have even offered a credit and said sorry for the error. I would not have even asked for the $4. His attitude and service SUCKED.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
No consideration given. Absolutely rude. They had every chance to try and make things proper with me. Management wouldn't even try.
I wouldn't buy anything there again. (Extremely high prices as well. MUCH higher than almost ANYWHERE else.
AVOID THEM.

With a doctors note saying I don’t need a mask u was asked to leave the store and wait outside. This is insanity and the last time I will open the door on any piston ring store forever.

I dont recall a time I've gone there and xant find what I need. Even with my foriegn truck, crossed over a filter to wix quite nicely.
