I needed to have glass replaced in my patio doors in order to sell my place.
Not only was Larry fast, efficient but a great guy who does amazing work!!!

Awesome. Awesome. Awesome! Great business in Winchester. A turkey struck our car windshield early Wednesday morning. They took our car right in. Had the windshield replaced the same day. Cleaned the inside of the car where the glass chips had flown about. Super professional and dealt with our insurance company too. Took the stress out of the situation. If we ever need a car windshield replaced again, we will deal with with KrisAlis in Winchester. A+++

We went to the Winchester location and had our windshield replaced. The windshield replacement was fine. However, several glass shards/remnants were left on the passenger seat and floor which is unacceptable and could have caused injury if someone had sat on them had we not noticed. Accidentally drained our car battery and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Customer service is lacking at this location.

Had me truck windows tinted at KrisAlis and they did a excellent job. Called to have my car windows tinted and the guy on the phone said he was on the road but would call me back in 20 mins minutes but never did. Called 2 days later and was told again that they would call me back and again nothing. Was very disappointed with thier customer service. I always try to shop locally and support local businesses .I found another local business to tinted my windows in my new car for almost half the cost and same quality of work .

I couldnt justify anything less then a 5 star review. The service was fast and on schedule, I've never had to replace a windshield before. KrisAlis made the experience stress free and effortless with an outstanding finished product. I would recommend the company to anyone and plan to use them in the future!

The best place to take your car truck or motor home to for a window repair. They are professional and know what they are doing. They call if there is an issue and their pricing is very fair for the work done. This is my 3rd time using them and I will ggo to no other place!
