Had our annual maintenance done on our sump pumps today. Todd looked at them, identified a small problem with one of them and fixed it effectively and efficiently. And all of it for a reasonable price.

I recently had a scenario where I *may* have forgot to order a printer replacement for our customs department. I was asked Monday morning - what the status was with the replacement printer. I *may* have pushed blame onto the ABS team by saying that I have not heard back yet - but in all honestly - I forgot to contact them. I quickly sent Jennifer K an email requesting a printer that she listed after just recently completing a printer assessment\analysis. We went with the Lexmark M1246. Because of the leg work that was already put in by Jennifer - the purchase decision was quick and easy. Later on that afternoon I received a call from Nicole and the printer was ready to be delivered. All-in-all, the whole process took approx 4hrs. Jennifer and the team at Advanced Business Solutions are top-notch. Great service, great staff, and great products. I highly recommend this company and team, on all aspects of your business needs.
