So grateful for the ladies that work here. They saved my balloons that I purchased from Party City. They are always kind and caring plus they make sure you are the quality that you paid for. They will forever be my place to get balloons. Thank you for saving my daughter's 15th birthday.

I do believe that the Party Warehouse has the largest selection of balloons,party favors,costumes and piñatas in the city of Windsor.They are located right next door to the City Market with plenty of parking.

The Party Warehouse has everything you need for your Party,
I had Balloons from another place & went to the Party Warehouse & they took Good care of me,

I ended up buying plates & etc. for my Sons Birthday Party. Plus 7 extra Balloons pet patrol.

Drove all the way here to find that the store us closed and Google says open until 7 pm on Sunday. And it is not even stat or long weekend.

LITERALLY HORRIBLE. I go in there with my younger cousin to buy a black dress for Halloween, we’re not bothering anyone, just chilling in the Halloween section. An older white lady (employee) walks up to us and asks us if we need any help, I wave her off and tell her no thanks. She continues to watch us (my little cousin is of a darker complexion and so am I), and then walks up to us AGAIN!!! She kept nagging till we tell her what we are looking for, and she tells us about a Halloween store across the street that’s ’way better than this store’. We’re forced to walk out as she watches us! We weren’t stealing ANYTHING, not even speaking either. The minute we walked in she was watching us too! This is ridiculous, this is no longer my first choice for a Halloween store!

My daughter wanted a pink spider man costume. This place had it. I got my father-in-law to order it Oct 7th. Money taken out, email sent and nothing. We've tried to call multiple times, nothing. Sent a FB message, nothing. Posted on a photo and the response was a refund was done Oct 3rd. Impossible since it was purchased Oct 7th and no money has been put back in the account. Then nothing. Spent $50 on an outfit that never came and my money is gone. No refund, no response, no answer. All I want is my money back. So $50 is now stolen and I need to buy another outfit.

The Party Warehouse has a lot of selection and a lot of great deals on things. Balloons were about the same price as the chain party stores. I've been in here a few times and have made purchases every time - there is something for every type of party. I would have given a better review if the service were up to par with the products. Each time I've been in... I'm never greeted... the employees are in a cluster talking and seem not to notice their customers until after you are in the store for about 20 minutes. When getting balloons for a party, I sensed that the girl working there did not want to be there - when told that she had a customer, she said pretty audibly "oh great..." and rolled her eyes. I want to shop local but its tough to do when they don't seem to value their customers... again.. products are great but don't expect a lot of help or good service.

Don't waste your time like I just did. After picking out what i wanted, the cashier could not find the price in the "NEW" system. She then says "how does $12.99 sound?"
No thank you, do not appreciate prices being made up!
Last time you will see me in there!
