Horrible the staff are very unprofessional and speak to you rude they also tell you your next cause u have appointment and they just lie straight to you face . Very unorganized and if you speak your mind about it they get very mad at you and won’t speak up to you after . Worst experience ever

Several times I come here and I see that the girl at the reception, whose name is Marwa, is deliberately delaying me and treating me with racism. I told Dr. Rashida about this and she promised me to solve the matter, but I did not see any solution to the problem. Now I have to go with another doctor.

Terrible rushed experience everytime. My last visit I got diagnosed with a throat infection and 10 days or so later I had a follow up appointment to I went back and got another swab. My condition worsened and I waited 6 days for them to contact me with results but instead they told me there was no record of my visit...

My last appointment, she spent the whole visit with her back turned away from me.
Recently I have been trying to call for an appointment and cannot get my call answered or my messages returned. I completely understand that it's a very busy office but still they should be professional at their jobs.
Maybe they are so busy they don't mind losing a few people. js

Worse doctor ever called daily for a month left messages without any return phone call to make an appointment her staff is rude and doesn’t do their job. They don’t follow up on your test results, had a spinal infection with instructions from the hospital for follow up the doctor disregarded the hospitals notes.Don’t expect to be treated kindly unless you’re of her faith.

Broken down Health care system known publicly in particular in "Windsor Ontario " and surgery wait times can be frustrating at best . More frustrating is when any person of any race , colour or language has put one's trust in the traditional Family Physician it means everything. Shame on you when dealing with any mental, physical or the wellbeing of a patient.
Vindicated by the reviews that were negitive in nature when I first posted seem to have disappeared along with mine. Formal complaints have surely been made and certainly will keep coming, just saying. Thankfully my new Professional Family Physician is kind and very patient.
