Mom’s intake nurse Benite was wonderful. When dealing with a terminal illness it’s great to see such caring and supportive people still exist. She did a fantastic job of navigating the difficult questions, and making mom as comfortable as possible.

2.3 Stars is way to much for this company even 1 star is to high worst company out here and for what you have to pay to have them just come out to give your loved one a shower 3 times a week is just down right robbery avoid Paramed at all costs if you are using good luck not all there PSW's are bad but there are a few that need to either be retrained or out right fired. The only reason why i am editing this review is because i am being told to. Nice knowing that freedom of speech means nothing anymore. Anyway Hire Paramed at your own risk

DO NOT ISE THIS SERVICE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE!! I gave one star only because I couldn't leave zero stars. This place is impossible to get a hold of. They do not listen to your concerns or needs. The one we got stuck with does nothing but cause trouble. This company does not care about you and more importantly your loved one! We have had the police show up here one day because noone answered the door. My dad had a fall down the stairs because she told him to use a bathroom in the basement. I could go on but google probably won't give me enough space to go on. There is a reason this place has 2 stars! If you care about how your loved one is being cared for, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Staff shows up randomly, no matter what schedule is confirmed with us. We schedule our lives helping, around schedules given to us. Staff leaves instead of waiting for elderly mother to finish eating. Morning staff was asked to leave as she was very rough and rude.
Coordinators are absolutely no help.
Meds get missed, and care is rushed.

Suppose to be at my Aunts between 8-10 am. Called office at least 20 times. 11:00 still no PSW there. Already fell once already, because they schedule the afternoon visit for 3 pm. She goes 20 hours without eating. Supervisor supposed to come for 6 month review. I wait an hour ,no show call office she names a different time, nobody called to inform me of change. Wait an hour and a half past the new time. Did you ever see such a poorly run operation as this one.

Different people every day, when they show up Even try to send ones you don't want, with 15min notice? Had to remind a few of them to do a few things, that are very important. Most are in/out, as quick as possible? They clearly don't have enough nurse's. Especially when I've had them drive from nearly 1hr away?

All the Paramed workers were absolutely great except for 2 in particular !! I am disabled for a while whereas I fell off my 7 story balcony therefore I can't walk or get up and need someone here cuz there's no one here during the day. This one particular nurse doesn't even call before she came, opens my door, hears my dog and shuts the door and leaves, she didn't even explain or even give me the chance to say that my dog is in her cage like she always is for them. It was so unprofessional and I need someone here. That woman didn't even care. Other than that the rest of the nurses have been excellent and I appreciate them!! I just can't believe that one nurse, some PSW worker she is, she should be fired, thanks for nothing! Then the second one they sent wouldn't come in cuz of my cat ffs I can't do this by myself like... . .... these people who r scared of dogs or are allergic to cats shouldn't be a psw worker!!!! Can u imagine how many people they leave hanging, like me, because of that! They should get a job that doesn't require them going into people's houses then.

I had major surgery on June 6th and was in hospital until June 9th. Paramed had nurses come every 2 days to changed my bandages . All the nurses were absolutely FANTASTIC.Thank you for your great service. I know they all had a lot of visits daily but they always stayed focused when they were with me. You have awesome staff.
