Dr. ABouhassan
My mother is almost 70 years old, and this is what passes for healthcare? This system and Dr. ABouhassan’s office are an embarrassment.

Is this supposed to be preventive healthcare, or do you wait until the patient’s health declines beyond repair?

It’s August, and the earliest appointment they offered is March 18th at 10 AM ….seven months away 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 send SOS

That is not healthcare, that’s neglect.

For a senior with health concerns, this delay could be dangerous. If you don’t have the capacity to treat patients when they need help, you are in the wrong business.
Shame on your office and doctors

Also fun fact. The office is always closed every month for a week for “holiday”….check their voicemail! It’s actually pretty entertaining listening to their voicemails. Cuz that’s the closest you can get to getting a hold of a person when calling!

I don’t know who owns and operates this place but they are not in need of the few dollars they collect from the parking. And to make it worse, they don’t take debit or credit (which is not advertised clearly upon entrance). So you get to the gate, and you’re told to go back inside to use an ATM machine that charges you a fee.

As a professional my self, I’d be ashamed to be operating out of this building.

No change table for babies in any of the washrooms. Had to change my child in the hallway. For a medical professional building, you would think they would have something as simple as a change table.
The website for the building offers no way to get a hold of the building owners to direct concerns to.

Have been coming here for years. The paid parking is annoying but par for the course these days for medical facilities. They have however hired a newer gentleman to work the out kiosk and he is almost never pleasant. I know it's cash only and I just had to be in and out today so I was hoping I'd manage to use the 15 minute grace period.
Checked the time I grabbed my ticket, ticket said 1:00pm, my car time said 1:03pm, no big deal since all clocks vary a bit. I pull up to the out kiosk at 1:16pm in my car. So I know for a fact it hasn't been 15 minutes. He tells me it has been and that I am 30 seconds over. I explained that doesn't even make sense since there was a 3 minute difference between the ticket and my car clock, but even with that, their system shouldn't have been showing 15 minutes. Obviously there is a time difference between their ticket system and what they use to scan their system. While he let me out because I was like I checked the time before I got in my car so I knew if I'd have to go to the ATM, I had time so I headed right to the exit, no dilly dallying, no line up. So from the time I entered at 1:03 to when I was leaving at 1:16 was a grand total of 13 minutes. Even allowing for some difference, I definitely was within my time frame. Not impressed with this parking situation at all anymore. 15 minutes a small enough grace period as it is, but to be shorting people on that even? Ridiculous.

Dr. Jayasekera Clinic has a very rude and impolite receptionist. I understand you may take a lot oh phone calls from different people in a day but you just can not be that rude and impolite to the next person in line waiting to talk to you. Manner is important. It is phone call etiquette and proper manners.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Windsor Professional Centre that left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere. My fiancée, who had made a dermatologist appointment here before leaving for an exchange program, asked me to cancel her appointment scheduled for January 7.

Our family and I began calling the office well in advance, starting the week before the appointment, leaving multiple voicemails. However, no one returned our calls, and the office remained unresponsive. Finally, on Wednesday, someone answered my call, only to inform me that I would need to pay $100 to reschedule because ‘my doctor’s office called and canceled the morning of.’ This was incredibly frustrating, as I had been trying to reach them for over a week to avoid this exact situation.

This lack of responsiveness and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for a healthcare facility. Communication with patients is critical, and this experience was both disappointing and stressful. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, as I cannot trust this office to prioritize patient care or respect their clients’ time and efforts.

Patient of Dr. Hanik and recently spoke with staff about talking to doctor about medication. I see why the reviews for the staff is bad now. Never used inappropriate language in the conversation, but ended up getting a threatening letter from Dr Hanik saying if you do it again will no longer be a patient. I think the staff need to get their facts straight and not to mention my daughter’s records put in my file but somehow that’s ok lol. Unbelievable
