I had my first visit with Dr. Stephanie today, and I felt truly cared for. She listened carefully and took the time to ask about my dad after I shared it was the one-year anniversary of his passing. That thoughtful attention really meant a lot to me.

The care was free of cost and much more compassionate than other places I’ve been to that charge fees but don’t treat people as well. The staff were professional and welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole visit.

I’m so grateful to have found this supportive place and would highly recommend this anyone in need of kind and understanding care.

Dr. Britten is AMAZING. The secretaries are not great, always gossiping and wait to acknowledge patients until they are done personal conversations, especially the younger one is quite rude. The music is also very anxiety-inducing. This place has helped me through a lot, but for a mental health facility they should be more aware and considerate of their vulnerable clients. Again, the doctors and nurses are great, but the secretarial staff is not a good reflection of the THC's great service

this place is a joke. my doctor NEVER checks in with me unless I need my meds refilled for the next 6 months. the “therapist” i had there when i was 17 treated me like i was 8 years old and proceeded to shame me for my addiction that i came to her for help with. every single receptionist i have spoken with has an attitude and is huffing and puffing over the phone. i come here for HELP not to be belittled and made to feel like i am a problem. get it together.

So grateful to have had the opportunity to use teen health for doctor visits, medication purposes, therapy sessions, and counseling. I've been going for the last 5 years, and I can't imagine what I would've done without all the help I've received. Sad to be aging out this year at 25 🙁 Highly recommend.

I had Dr. Britten in my early 20's. Amazing doctor. Goes above & beyond for you unlike some other doctors. The staff here are very professional. I am now 28 and haven't been here since I was 25, but i honestly loved going here. I felt very comfortable.

Garbage, they knew i was in pain and i was left hanging, instead of helping the doctor did her exam and said if its what she thinks it is itll heal in time then leaves me hanging for days when i call 2 days in a row and couldn't get a hold of anyone and had to go to a walk in clinic who helped me in no time and even the doc there was confused on how she didnt give me anything for it at all or the fact that she left me hanging without help. Wish i can give -5 stars

Once you're in their database, everything is quick and easy. They have many different healthcare options to suit your needs. Therapists, doctors, dieticians, etc. Oldest you can be under their care is 25
