Je suis venue un samedi pour une cheville tordue et mon assurance canadienne ne marchait pas le samedi (je suis en échange universitaire-Green Shield). Je suis revenue le Lundi et après être allée faire une radio, j'ai eu pour seule conclusion que ma cheville n'était pas cassée. On n'a pas voulu me donner le document de conclusions du médecin pour mon assurance française et on m'a seulement indiqué de me reposer...Aucune prescription et peu de compréhension de leur part.

Great experience at this clinic. I took my 5 month in for a high fever. The building was clean, the receptionist was an angel, the nurses were very good with a baby and Dr. Colapinto was friendly and thoughtful. He called to follow up the next day and give me further instructions which lead to his fever going down. Thank you all!

Don’t waste your time with Dr. Tome. He didn’t seriously spend his time to help you, he would only brush you off, I.e. some lotion for dry skin.

My sincere advice to the new patient, Never go to this clinic, their receptionists and front end staff is also very rude and arrogant and they speak only lies. They don't speak truth with the patients.
Do call them to waste your time.
And don't visit them to waste your loved ones life ......
The doctors are also merciless and very unprofessional.

They don't have any humanity for the patients.

The front end staff threatens the patient falsely of harrassment if you request them something.

If you call them , they don't pick up the calls.
If they pick up the call they don't cooperate with u.

Me my wife and kids had very very worst experience at this clinic in this Saturday by the doctor and 2 front end ladies also
And my all other friends also have the same worst experience.
Luckily my wife was making kids video at that time and the calls conversation with the staff was also recorded by chance which in case if needed can be produced as an evidence.

The management is also unable to take action against the staff as I called the owner of the business but it looks useless
I wanted to give them 0 star but only 1 star option.

Do not go here! Doctor refused to write that he saw me even though he saw me 2 weeks in a row. Gave me no antibiotics. Told me to drink water. when i took the next week off since i couldnt speak he refused to authorize it. They will bill your card. Patient care comes last to them. On top of that he was rude!!!

Walked in with family member who had bandages on their head after falling on the sidewalk. Sign says they're open until 5, its just past 4. Not only does reception have a "closed" sign but the people behind the glass are stating blankly ahead as if we don't exist. After staring them down they finally acknowledge we exist and tell us we need to go elsewhere
