I was told I would benefit with the use of a rollator, I was a skeptic at first. There were several types to choose from, the lady at the desk made sure it fit my needs and answered all of my questions. Overall, a great experience. I do feel safer with my rollator!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They sent me a scooter with a dead battery 3 months ago & have not even attempted to replace it or compensate ADP for it.
Now I am going to have to file a small claims action for the price of a new battery & compensation for my pain & suffering, as my legs have now blown up like balloons & I am in severe pain trying to walk
UPDATE: After I finally received a battery & had the scooter running for approx. one month, now the engine has died. I was left stranded & not even able to push it as it locked right up! I was lucky enough to get a hold of my friend with a pickup truck to come save me or the scooter would surely have been stolen.
Providing disabled persons with faulty, unreliable products is not only unsafe, but negligent. It also leaves your company open to liability claims. Since my scooter is covered by ADP, I am left with this "lemon" for 5 years before I'm eligible for a new one. If your product continues to fail me I will have no choice but to seek such compensation in order to remain mobile

Lost right leg above the knee Jan 2021. Feb 2021 had Yurek
install a Serenitity wheel chair lift on side deck. Paid 6500.00
Since then had nothing but TROUBLE with not running while on it half dozen times!
It started making this LOUD
horrid grinding, groaning, rumbling noise and ran so slow.
They came out a did something to it and ran better for a while.
December 2022 it won’t run again with me on it.
That was a Friday.
No one can come out till Monday.
Had to crawl down my side step to have my dear wife help me to wheel chair.
Parts called brushes were needed.
The bushings were wrecked from SUPER HARD fiction from improper original install. That wore them prematurely. They came and put brushing on then gave me wife a bill far 90.oo for brushes covered under warranty.
They said AFTER ALL WE DONE least you can do.
Repair and management people are
RUDE,arrogant, disrespectful and I want my $90, oo back!
You by something like this with warranty and they make me pay for parts that were installed wrong and failed prematurely.
