Excellent service. Ordered and paid for parts that turned out to be $150 cheaper than I pre-paid because they sourced from an alternate supplier. Some other places would have just pocketed the difference. This kind of integrity renews my faith in humanity 🙂

Not even remotely pleased with this place. Spent thousands of dollars and my truck is worse off now. They fixed a wire issue, which caused countless other issues. Didn't run the wire to the factory position. So when they ran it to the battery they messed up other wiring. Every time the truck has left that shop its not been fixed and worse off then when we first took it in. Still have all the lights coming on they said thy fixed and now even more codes that were never present before we took it to them. Id be extremely hesitant to take any vehicle into this places. Weeks later and I have even more problems. That we nevrt had before. Stay away from this place. They will screw up your truck.

Terrible Experience! Customer service was okay. Brought my truck there for a regen issue. They worked on it for a day, they said my truck was ready 4pm on Friday. Saturday at 7 am my truck was dead on the side of the road. Had to get it towed back to the shop. So they could fix the issues that they caused, I had to pay for that. They worked on it again Monday told me my truck was ready, within 15 minutes of picking it up same issue. 4 diagnostic scans and 4500$ later, after the shop telling me my truck was ready to be picked up twice! I still have the same issue plus more. Within 15 minutes of driving my vehicle after both times they said it was ready, I knew it was not resolved. Improper testing of the vehicle. I have no idea how they could tell me my vehicle was ready. I basically paid them to cause more issues on my truck.

Wish I never brought my truck here. It is now worse off than it was before. If you can't rely on a dealer to diagnose and properly fix your truck. what Is someone suppose to do?

Since I bought a truck with an international engine. I figured I would visit this place for a few things, I was reluctant at first because of what I was thinking would be high prices, but to my surprise their prices are very fair and staff knowledgable and friendly. Best place to pick up truck battery's. Will be back, Thanks
