I dread having to make an order because every time that I do, a lot of things aren't in stock and the customer service is less than savory
I specify to cancel anything backordered and that seems to be ignored. I place another order to replace the backordered items and ask my rep that they be shipped together and that seems to be disregarded. I ended up paying over $130 in shipping.
I think my experience would be better with a different rep who actually cares.

***PLEASE READ***

I’ve been a long term customer now for about 6+ years dealing with Choko and purchasing all my merchandise from them for quite some time. Lately I been realizing a major downslope from customer service and product management with delivery expectations etc. Andy has been serving me from the start and the service has been horrifying and frustrating. It’s time to take my needs elsewhere.

Have been working with Choko for a year now and have been nothing but impressed with their customer service! Paige has been especially helpful.
For example, twice in the last week I needed to add a couple items to my order after we finalized the order and she was able to accommodate for me. She is always friendly on the phone and quick to respond through email.

We've asked repeatedly for a proof of a licensing agreement with our OEM, but the second we asked for that - we got silence back. Its' been three days of repeated follow ups. Our OEM is telling us that Choko hasn't held a licensing agreement with them since 2017. All OEM branding on their website, apart from GM has mysteriously disappeared. If you work for a dealership, consider double checking that they have a legal right to use your brand's trademarks. I invite Choko to please comment back to this in hopes of recitification, forth coming information or an explanation of a clarical error.
