Had the good fortune to use this firm’s services. Cam visited, assessed the problem and undertook the repair. He kept me informed of the work he was doing as well as the cost. This was all done late into the evening. Cam could have knocked off and rescheduled the rest of the work. Instead he pushed ahead and got it done. Great customer service. Highly recommend Plumbing and Heating Hero’s.

We had a small emergency and they came immediately and were quick to rectify the situation. The technician, Camilo, was very friendly and explained things to me like I was a person not a woman who doesn't know anything. He made sure that everything was working okay before he left and I appreciated the follow up call by the company a few days later to make sure things were still okay. Price seemed reasonable especially considering it was an emergency call late on a weekend.

Needed to have my shower faucet repaired and Camilo arrived on time and worked very efficiently to complete the job. Plumbing hero’s are a godsend! We had an issue with our downstairs toilet and they came and completed the work all in one day (removing the toilet, digging out the ground, fixing the issue, returning the dirty and cementing it up) and we didn’t have to wait for them to come out either, they came the next day!
