Literally only “answer” phones 4 hours per day. I Called yesterday and waited over 10 minutes and call was never answered. Called back today within open window just to get the notification that phones are closed early for lunch.

All this to address the fact that me and my infant son’s medical records were never transferred to our new health care provider, despite the request and payment completed nearly 4 months ago…

Glad we transferred out, and we were lucky enough to find alternative medical care. I also experienced rude and condescending attitude from administration when attending appointments for my infant and while pregnant.

Completely useless. the building is decently nice, but the staffing? The hours? The quality of care? Don’t even bother with this place, not a single person here has any desire to help anyone and they are entirely unreachable 99% of the time and then even when you do manage to get ahold of them they are entirely useless and don’t do what you tell them to do nor do they offer any kind of assistance beyond telling you that they did what they are supposed to without actually doing it.

Standing outside of the office in disbelief. The appointment I was waiting for over two months turned out to be cancelled because “I booked it incorrectly”. Leave alone the secretary yelling what it was booked for so that everyone in the waiting room can hear. I love my doctor but cannot believe this is the service. Shocking

I always have a great experience at the RM clinic. Dr. Che is amazing, and her current replacement is so knowledgeable and helpful. I hope she joins the team after Dr. Che’s return! The nursing staff are great with my kids, making them feel as comfortable as they can be. When my doctor isn’t available, another physician will promptly step in. The front desk attendants have helped me evaluate whether my kids need to be seen and have helped me get their issues addressed as soon as possible. Thank you for everything you all do! ?

My doctor is great when I can get in to see her for a problem. Usually booking is about 2 to 3 weeks out which I guess is normal at this point. What isn't normal is, as a patient that doesn't drive and is on ODSP, having to pay block fees to have my prescriptions renewed by phone. Then they're not even renewed in a timely fashion. When you turn patients into customers you better have customer service to match. Otherwise you're going to get a lot of angry customers. We pay you money outside of what you are paid by the Ontario government simply to refill prescriptions. First time in my 42 years of living that that has been an issue by the way. And yet a simple prescription which can be signed by any doctor has not been put through. Even though it's been paid for. There is simply no excuse. And there's nobody to talk to that will take accountability. Which leaves you with the options of what? Not having a doctor? Can't do that, so you just got to take it.

Received contradictory (and sometimes incorrect) information from doctors.

I got an invalid requisition form (that I did not know was invalid until I already did testing at LifeLabs).. so wasted time I took off work to get testing just to have to request a proper form & do it again 🙁
