I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. I was a bit uneasy about going there after reading the reviews. When I got there one of the ladies (shannon) greeted me and was smiling and very friendly. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Another lady briefly came in and was very plesant also. Shannon went above what she had to do to assist me and made me feel quite comfortable.. The place was also clean and I look forward to going back for my next appt.

Staff needs to be trained on how to communicate. They never get voicemails and if you tell them something, it’s never communicated to others. They also make appointments for you and assume you’ll show up, yet they don’t tell you about the appointment. And when they need to get ahold of you, they call over and over and over. Or they’ll call and within 30 seconds, before I could call back, they called my emergency contact. You don’t call the emergency contact just for missed appointments.

The worst place to go to get anything done. They call you with appointment times , you show up only to find out that they have changed your appointment to another time. Your better off changing your own bandages as paramed will not do it right. I have been going every other day for over a month now and every time I have to fix the bandage when I get home so it will stay on. Avoid this place and go elsewhere.

I have a referral to get my wound packed at this location and the nurse that saw me did a fantastic job with the bandaging. It feels very secure and you can tell that great care is taken. Feels much better than when the surgeon had originally done it.

Very unreliable service to long term care facilities. They don't call to tell you no one will be showing up until hours after they are supposed to show up. I'd give a zero star rating, but you have to give at least one star. Do better Para med, people rely on your service

My husband went here for his meds and dressing of wounds, people here are not so accommodating, not friendly, they can’t even give band aids, wounds of cancer patients needs to be protected for infection. Generally it needs a good PR
