We've used their services twice to fix 2 different leaking toilets. Both times the issue was a broken seal and they fixed the issue quickly and we haven't had any issues since. The plumber was professional and respectful - service was great. If we have any similar issues in the future we would call them again. Definitely recommend M. Rankyne Plumbing.

Have used M. Rankyne a couple of times now. Always happy with the quality of service and the pricing. Matt is a pleasure to deal with.

I had them out to install an electric heat pump water heater. I had done a lot of research prior to calling around for quotes. Matt was happy to purchase and install the water heater I found to be best from my research. Even better, his mark up on the water heater was far less than other companies so I was able to get a superior (and more expensive) water heater installed from M. Rankyne Plumbing for less than an inferior water heater other companies were trying to push on me.

A few years ago my radiant heating was not working. I called this company and talked with Matt. I informed him of the problem of no heat in -15 degree temp. He waited 4 days to repair my problem on a Saturday with 2 plumbers on overtime. Then he failed to send an invoice and blamed me for lack of payment. I paid him on receipt of invoice. I have never and will never use this guy again.

We had no water coming from our well and phoned Matt. Left a message on his answering service. It was a Saturday afternoon in the midst of a pandemic lockdown. Matt phoned back within 20 minutes. Came to our house as soon as he could make it and investigated the issue. We were able to get a new pressure tank the same day, but had to wait until the next day to get the replacement pressure switch. On Sunday morning Matt arrived, pressure switch in hand and completed the repair. He was incredibly responsive, very professional and would not leave until we had water. I would highly recommend Matt and M.Rankyne Plumbing and Heating Ltd.

We thought our sewage pump was fried (we are on septic and have a toilet in the basement hence the sewage pump) and were expecting a substantial bill for a replacement. Turned out to be a much smaller issue. Matthew's apprentice was super helpful and the bill was very reasonable.
