Kristine Caldwell’s design gave us the kitchen of our dreams. The design is beautiful, functional and practical. The cabinetry, counter tops and accessories were expertly recommended and suited our needs for storage and use. With guidance by Kristine and Glen our eyes were opened to options we would never have considered. Have I mentioned the storage?! The slide out cabinets beside the range we would never have thought of and now we can’t imaging living with out them. It was a pleasure to work with such amazing people. What an fantastic team TLC has. Every person we interacted with was professional and extremely knowledgeable. They even took the time to answer my husband’s many questions. Big shout out to Jody for his above and beyond work.
We enjoy cooking and used to spend time in our kitchen out of necessity. Now we spend time in the kitchen for enjoyment. We love it more each day!

Fantastic experience. David was on top of everything got the quote within days and they were there fixing up my bathroom in a week. Brooke did an amazing job and was wonderful! There exactly when she said she would be and we hardly even knew she was there! Will use them every time!

We have used Total Living Concepts twice in the past - to entirely renovate our kitchen, and then our main bathroom and powder room, and had been very impressed with their work. So we went to TLC for our latest project to totally renovate our ensuite bathroom. Glen and designer Taylor guided us fully through the process, developing some very creative and bold ideas regarding the renovation, and then working various ideas and options collaboratively with us for a final ensuite bathroom design that was very impressive, unique and fully met our family's needs. Glen and Taylor provided a full design service researching product selections, colors and blueprint design ideas.

The renovation production team led by Robert, and the onsite workers Jody (an especially big shout out for his work throughout the construction), Adamo, Brooke, Franco (with his impeccable tile work), and the electricians (Jesse) and plumbers (Brad) were all very professional and completed great work per plan, schedule and budget. The team was always willing to answer any questions we had. Even though a full bathroom renovation can certainly be messy, the onsite team were unbelievably careful in cleaning-up any mess and construction dust each day. Any agreed design changes were well coordinated with no surprises.

My wife and I are very happy with the final completed ensuite bathroom design and functionality. We would certainly recommend TLC based on now our third renovation experience with Glen and this team.

In our condo, TLC created a beautiful, big new walk-in closet in our primary bedroom. This required some extensive construction of new bulkheads, drywall, molding, electrical work, drawers, cabinets, and painting. It looks like it has always been there and looks absolutely stunning. They also replaced and added fixtures, shelving and cabinets in our powder room, storage room, and primary bathroom, which involved more construction and some plumbing work. They even replaced our kitchen sink! The work was done by highly professional, skilled and pleasant people. Our designer, Celeste, was amazing throughout the process, with excellent designs and recommendations, and great communication. Everything was on time and on budget. I'm now planning our next project and would not choose anyone else to do the work. Highly recommended.
