The staff are friendly and efficient at Bright Dental. Very clean and inviting clinic. My appointment was cancelled due to a shortage of hygienist but I was rebooked quickly after being on a cancellation list. My hygienist Karine was great and did a very thorough cleaning and took the time to explain gingivitis and proper oral cleaning techniques. I recommend this place.

I think this was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. The dentist was so thorough with impeccable beside manner. I loved the hygienist I saw. She was constantly making sure I was doing alright and was comfortable. I’m so happy! Highly recommend it.

I recently switched to Bright Dental Centre in Russell and I'm so glad I did! The whole team is fantastic - super friendly and welcoming. The office itself is really nice too; modern and clean.

Dr. Guo was my dentist, and he was awesome. He was really good at explaining everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on before doing anything. He was happy to answer all my questions (and I had a lot!), and I never felt rushed. He's clearly a skilled dentist who cares about his patients.

I was really happy with the work he did, and I'll definitely be going back for my regular checkups. Booking an appointment was a breeze, which is always a bonus. If you're looking for a great dentist in Russell, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bright Dental Centre!

Those people are the sweetest. I have been coming here with my kids since I moved from USA. My son, who was about to leave the nest to go back to where he was born in Florida, had an emergency Wisdom tooth that had to be removed one week before leaving. Those people did ABOVE AND BEYOND to find him a place to have it done. When no one could in such short amount of time, they took him in even though they were booked and the doctor worked extra to make it happen. The girl at the front desk, my son said, was an Angel. She was sweet, patient, helpful and took his case to heart! Which she succeeded! I will never go elsewhere AND they were the cheapest in all surroundings and Ottawa included!! They are not there to make money. They just care…..Thank you to this team from the bottom of my heart.?

The dentist we see is wonderful and very knowledgable. We have also had great experiences with the dental assistants and hygienists.

The issues we've had are with the reception staff. For our first visit, they were to book my husband and I together for our initial consults. I was told that we were booked in, and wrote down the day & times. When I called to confirm the appointments a few days prior, my husband had not been booked in. This was frustrating, especially when we had both arranged to take time off work accordingly.

Secondly, the reception staff could use training on submitting claims to insurance. We have yet to have a claim go smoothly. The first time we went for our initial consults, we were told they checked and it would be covered by our insurance. It wasn't as we had a dentist previously, and had met our quota for the year. The second time my husband went, they informed us the treatment would be covered 100%, but I know my insurance only covers 50% for orthodontics. I'm not sure why they would make this statement not knowing if it's true. Luckily, we can afford the treatment but this might not be the case for everyone. It would not be fair for someone to then pursued the treatment and expect it to be fully covered based on the word from the receptionist. In addition, there were issues with the claim because not enough information was provided on the treatment provided and now there is a back and forth which is frustrating.

My hygienist, Nicole, is the best I've ever had. She cleans to perfection without causing any pain, which is the best you can ask for at a dentist's office. She expresses a lot of interested in your life and is more than willing to share hers. Again, the best hygienist I've ever had.
