So, I posted last year about how helpful Dan was when he told me how to fix my problem on my own so I would not have to pay to get it done. Today, I had a problem with a part that needed to be replaced - a little more than I could handle. Once again, service was amazing! Very quick and price was reasonable. Thanks again!

I had an issue with my water vending machine - Dan sent me the information I needed to fix the issue myself. I am so thankful to have found a company that so willing to be helpful even when they do not profit from it. He could have easily charged me to do a 5 minute service call.

We are a multi-million dollar international sporting goods company and initiated a serious purchase inquiry with Kanes. The sales person did not follow up as promised. When we contacted them again, we feel they were disrespectful and sent us inappropriate emails. As a result, we found another vendor and plan to order 100 units.
