I’m only giving two stars because it would be unfair for the nice employees working here. The person giving out samples was the rudest person I’ve ever met my entire life. The only thing she didn’t say is mean slurs, but she’s trying to teach me mannerism? I said thank you, and you replied with what? Awful person to be hired . It shows a lot of the type of people the managers here like. She said she’s been working here for 10 years. You have someone like that and never get fired? HR better get involved here

edit: called the store to complain. The store manager handled the situation well, and the person working for food sampling is not an employee of superstore. I apologize for my comment on the manager. However, the employee working at the food sampling still disgusts me.

I tried to return factory defective toy with the receipt, they said it's impossible, after manager told me it's impossible they showed up with 3 people I'd don't know why ,I guess they were hoping for a fight or something, anyway they had time for that but no time to maintain this store

Every time I visit this location I am extremely disappointed. Fruit and vegetables are always terrible. Flies in containers, everything always brown and moldy. Thought I found nice peaches, smelt good, looked bright, firm not squishy- rotten pit out. Cantaloupe looked nice, firm - rotten inside out. Meats in the frozen section soft? How? I'm done giving this location opportunities to disappoint.

Like to shop st this store. They have a wide variety of products in every department. Their Organic section is amazing, the Bakery has a wide selection too. Produce is fresh. On occasion I have asked for certain items and they were helpful. The atmosphere is lively, the place is clean and service good. There will always be some items more expensive here than other places, but then they also have many Specials. It balances out.

Vegetables are not fresh and over priced for dry, lifeless thrown away vegetables even animals would refuse to eat. The same vegetables are available cheaper and fresh at freshco.

Today is the 2nd time I've been refused a reincheck this summer. Meat department was all out of sale item and said to grab a reincheck from customer service ...customer service "front end assistant" refused to give me one. If you do not have enough product to supply your customers than why put it on special to begin with and if you are going to give such a hassel over reinchecks than why even bother offering them?

Too expensive. Right across from Walmart supercenter. Identical prepackaged goods ranging in cost from $4-10 were shockingly an average of $1-3 more expensive than Walmart. There has to be a limit to corporate greed. I guess they are still in business because of shoppers that do not care or don't know better that still Shop here !
