My company has used C6 for a few orders now, and every time it's a smooth process. I see there are some negative reviews which do not at all reflect the quality of service this company provides. There was 1 error with one of our products, I had sent a picture and description of what was wrong, and they got back to me almost instantly. They did not ask for us to ship back the faulty product (like most companies do-so this was very nice), but rather gave us more of the product (fixed) free of charge, It was very simple, and they are very polite and understanding. I will definitely continue to use this company for my orders-quick, efficient, and polite.

Usually this place is amazing for supplies, shipping and order fulfillment. However I've ordered over 300 dollars worth of items and they haven't came. Paid for express shipping which was around 30 dollars and have sent emails about tracking and no luck.

I have also tried calling but goes right to voice mail. No idea where my order is.

Recently ordered several products from C6. They arrived quickly. However, the courier destroyed the shipping box and subsequently of the products inside. Sent a photo and an email to C6. They responded immediately and offered to send a replacement product. They will be dealing with their courier.
First Class customer service and excellent prices. Highly recommend C6

Advertised Cure Ultra catheters. Received the package and it was a totally different product. The picture of what they were selling was misleading and, Ashley, the customer service representative, said it was clearly the company’s fault. They offered a %15 discount on the next order and said the defective order could not be returned.

Decided to take them up on their %15 percent offer. Then rethought it and called back. Got a different agent and they said we could get a refund on the defective shipment but had to send it back. This is difficult as I use a wheelchair. I decided to cancel the order I placed at the %15 discount. I asked for a better discount but the agent said this was a generous discount. However, it is in line with typical discounts for Boxing Day.

I guess they don’t appreciate repeat clientele, and have disregard for the difficulties faced by those whom are disabled, a la having to send back the order they screwed up on. Now I have to hire staff to return the shipment to the post office. I’m sure Cure medical would not be happy to see this.

I am amazed at the level of customer service this company has. I needed medical supplies last minute for a weekly medication. Not a single pharmacy within an 1 1/2 hour drive had it in stock and some told me they had discontinued carrying this product altogether… but C6 did have it in stock. Charush arranged an alternate method of pick up for my order as well - outside of normal business hours - because of the distance I needed to drive to St. Catherine’s.

I am so grateful that this company went above and beyond for me. I didn’t expect any sort of special customer service considering I am a single person compared to a medical facility. I absolutely recommend C6 for any sort of medical supplies you need. They treated me with respect and a level of customer service and care I have never experienced. Thank you to Charush for your help!!

I had a hiccup of a situation the other day but it was dealt with promptly and professionaly. The customer rep that I dealt Charush, was professional, understanding while keeping with the integrity of the company. I was very pleased with how the situation was handled by the management team in the end as well, and will continue to order products from the company as they provide good service, fast delivery, and quality items.
