I have been sick for 10 days now. I went to a different walk in clinic 4 days ago, the Dr. Listed to my chest through my sweater and put me on some terrible steroids. Tonight I was feeling worse so I went to Scott Street clinic and was given a full workup and clear instructions on how to get better and stop taking the steroids. I will never go to a different clinic again. So impressed with the staff and nurse practiner

Dr Shahrokh was kind, compassionate, attentive, thorough, asked excellent questions, and listened very well. After performing a careful examination, he took prompt action by ordering blood tests and an ultrasound, marking the requisitions with the term “stat”, which accelerated the schedule for the necessary tests. The receptionist was friendly yet professional, and very detailed in her explanation of the steps to expedite any further treatment/testing if required. This was our first visit, as we recently moved to St Catharines from Cambridge, and we could not be more thankful for the advanced level of care we received.

Was asked to wait while the front desk was typing something. Sat in the chair in front and waited 5 minutes. They forgot about me serving other people until I walked up and asked for help. Just wanted to know if they could do my bloodworm since Google suggested they could. Was immediately rejected citing they don't do blood work on weekends. No problem, retuned Monday afternoon and this time rejected again citing we don't have the equipment to do that here. Terrible staff is better at wasting my time than actually being helpful.

I went to this clinic yesterday and I don’t think I’ve ever been seen quicker anywhere EVER! Lovely staff, efficient medical care, and ample time allotted to answer questions and ensure understanding of what was happening! Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful walk-in clinic. It’s very clean and efficient. They open on a Sunday! Everyone is professional and very nice. I had Dr Limbombe - she’s what you want in a doctor. Caring, professional and comprehensive.

Not sure why people have such bad ratings. Please adjust your expectations when you see OHIP covered services- it’s not the ritz! Clinics like this can save you a dreaded trip to the emergency room

Horrible experience your better off to find else where not only will yu be waiting over and hr they like to waste your time and they pick and chose who they treat and my actual doctor who i couldnt get to for my appointment said I should be able to go to any walk in clinic to have my monthly allergy shots admistered I go here and they refuse to do it cause its not the day off even though it showed on the sheet it was always never done on the same day ie 17,18,19,20 as long as it's done that week in that time period she said it was okay and they should be able to do it they refused to do it until the 18th same day as last appointment and I told them I can't make it in tm as I have a previous engagement and don't have time to make it in hence why my doctor had booked me for today and I had explained that to them I asked if I was able to still see the doctor to talk to her about it and was told she has patients back to back me being one of them as I had already waited 30 min and told them to even call the allergist and doctors office they just gave me excuses and were rude and wasted my time after I called and they said they could do it wasting my time not impressed and I will calling public health don't have a clinic if your not willing to do your job picking and choosing who you treat at the end of the day I can understand if I was acting crazy or treating them like shit as a reason to turn someone away but i wasnt. not to mention it's my body my choice my risk people got no problem admistering vaccinations that make you sick but they can't do a simple allergy shot which I've been getting for over a year now the clinic across the street it much more reasonable!!! If I had the supplies and knew how to do it myself I honestly would of :/ oh and they don't see kids so if you have a family I recommend finding elsewhere and save yourself the time energy and grief

This clinic denied me to see a doctor for my clogged ear from my sinuses without a covid rapid test. I have no fever, coughing or runny nose. So if you have ANY upper respiratory symptoms during the Fall and Winter months you’ll need a covid test to access a doctor in any Medicare walk in clinic in 2024! I have told everyone not to go to this clinic and warn you to go elsewhere!

Used to be a patient here for about 7 years when I started it was great but this last year has really been a letdown. I didn’t feel like I was being heard or respected.
At one point my fitbit had been showing my heart rate in the 100s for over 24 hours so I went in not only did they not believe me that it had been happening for so long but they tried to blame everything else (from my inhaler to just being anxious) before even hooking me up to a heart monitor, when I was hooked up to a monitor the doctor/NP left the room for a while came back and said “oh wow I assumed it was just your anxiety and leaving you alone would sort it out” then told me I needed to go to the hospital because I could have a blood clot in my lungs.
I especially do not recommend this place if you were assigned female at birth. I went in this last year for a UTI and the doctor launched in to questioning how many partners I had in the last year after hearing I was poly he assumed I had and STI never asked about protection or anything sent me for blood work and gave me the WRONG antibiotic called me half way though them to see if they were working and they weren’t his response was “oh well that’s because you have a UTI”
honestly it’s a joke.
