After calling another walk-in clinic that was closer to my location, only to find out their wait time would be two hours, I opted to call Dr. Mitchell's walk-in clinic. The receptionist who answered the phone was very friendly and informed me it would only be a 15-20 minute wait there at that time, so I went over right away.
The receptionist was even warmer and friendlier in person. Once I got to meet Dr. Mitchell, I was so impressed. He has an incredibly relaxed and down-to-earth demeanor which instantly made me very comfortable. The whole clinic has a very relaxed and welcoming vibe. I will definitely be returning to them in the future. I highly recommend them!

I can't say enough about Dr. Mitchell, and his wonderful receptionist. These people are genuinely caring, helpful and kind. The office is clean, the playlist of music kept me entertained as I waited for the clients who came before me. The wait wasn't long. When I had my consultation, Dr. M was very thorough, and provided some helpful information to me. It is a shame he can't be my full time family doc. Grateful for the service he provided just the same.

Best experience I've had with a doctor! He truly takes the time to listen and go over all concerns and does not rush the appointment at all. Dr Mitchell is a very kind doctor with so much compassion! The front desk staff is lovely as well.

I only have one think to say about Dr.Mitchell since I've been seeing him he has always been great to me sending me to where he needing to send me to see what's going on to my body....thank you
All most forgot about the back bone on that phone and looking after the office thank you !!!!

Horrible experience at this clinic. He kept the door open and yelled so loud the whole office heard my personal information. Mitchell was extremely aggressive, rude and gaslighting. He is completely unaware of symptoms you can have with my autoimmune condition and would not listen to my experiences or needs. He just yelled the whole time saying he has no answers and go somewhere else. His front desk staff seemed calm but she should have apologized for her colleagues unprofessional and violating treatment. This was by far the worst service experience and his mental health seems very unstable, can't believe he is serving anyone with that attitude. I'm 100% sure he is racist and bias to certain health conditions. Horrible experience I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.

*edit. My review didn't really do justice. Parking is ample, my personal wait was less than 15 minutes, and I got my desired results. Dr. Mitchell is great, as is his receptionist. Go get checked out.
