I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Chow. Booking timely in-person and phone appointments has been incredibly easy, which is a huge relief. The clinic also offers free parking for up to three hours, making visits stress-free. The on-site pharmacy is a convenient bonus, with friendly and efficient staff who are always ready to help. Highly recommend!

I've been a patient at Centro for over 2 years, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The wait times are minimal, and booking an appointment is always quick and easy. The receptionist is incredibly friendly, and the doctors are consistently kind and helpful. Dr. Bajwa is attentive and an excellent family doctor. If she's unavailable, the on-call doctor is always able to assist. Dr. Chow, is also fantastic. Overall, Centro offers a great healthcare experience.

This has been my clinic for quite a few years and it's always been such a breeze getting in and booking an appointment especially if my own doctor isn't available. I appreciate the doctors, medical receptionist and the convenience of the pharmacy all in one. The clinic is always spotless and the waiting rooms are nice and spacious. Thank you Centro!

Worst experience. In the last 2 years my doctor has been switched over 4 times. Once they decide to switch you over without any warning, the new doctor doesn't follow through with any tests done by the last doctor. There is no sense of urgency even though you stress the importance of seeing a doctor. The reception is rude. Waited 5 months for a referral to find out the doctor left the clinic and there was no one to carry out my requests for urgent care.

And when they say they'll call for a phone appointment, don't hold your breath.
No consistency in this clinic. Have low expectations if you burden yourself with a visit.

The pharmacists at Centro pharmacy are incredibly helpful and understanding. I haven't been able to reach my family doctor for a refill of my diabetic prescriptions since I’ve moved and they have diligently tried faxing and contacting my doctor and continue to give me the assistance I need.
