The wait times at this clinic are beyond horrible. Dr. James Louvaris is always late for appointments. His receptionist told me that the clinic opens at 10:00 am and patients are scheduled for 10:00 am, but Dr. Louvaris arrives to the clinic at 10:30 am. This clinic has never started an appointment at the scheduled time. The minimum wait is 45 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

By far this place is worse than the emergency ward of a hospital now, the appointment time means nothing, you come here , wait three hours more than your appointment time , and still there are people ahead of you while no one is sitting in the waiting room . If this clinic cannot appreciate people’s time then they should only book appointments that they can handle not overbook just because they are greedy . I was a client for them for the past 9 years and it’s the truth , every year they have gone worse year by year . It’s time for a new family doctor.

Dr. Louvaris is an excellent physician. I've had several issues over past few years and he does thorough questioning to get to the source. He has helped me alot. 5 star doctor.

Dr James Louvaris is by far one of the best family physicians my family and I have been blessed to have. He has extensive expertise and knowledge in the medical field. He makes sure he understands the matter fully and knows very well the exact target of the problem and treatment. He’s got the best list of specialists and studies their background prior to sending his patients to them. Overall he is the best of the best! May God bless him always!!

This clinic needs to find family drs
It currently only has one and he is horrible
There has been a huge change over in front staff due to the drs verbal abuses and condescending manner.
It’s hard to find good front desk help.
The clinic needs to find drs that are capable of treating patients with respect . Perhaps they will then find good help. The IDA that’s in the clinic is absolutely fantastic and is what keeps that place going . I feel bad for some pharmacists that have left because of the verbal abuse given by that dr ( James Louvaris).and condescending attitude. The owner of this cilinic needs to get rid of this dr and bring in real qualified family dr

Great First Impression of this facility....I have my first initial visit and the doctor calls me day before to schedule for almost 2 weeks after....because and i quote "the doctor will be leaving early that day" I understand person, work and other related issues to have to leave work early...but I just moved to the area have 2 small children and in need of a physician that is reliable! Not someone who is going to cancel at the 24 hour mark before my appointments. I would recommend SOOOO many other doctors that are professional and reliable then wasting your time here.

Wait times are horrible. Do not come here, every time I've come here the wait times have been minimum 1 and a half hours. I don't know how you can start taking walk-in appointments, but not have a doctor start working until 2:30 pm.

Only giving a 2 star because the receptionist was super nice and tried to help the best she could. OTHERWISE, it would be a 0 star if I could.

The time this clinic was very good has passed long ago. I have been using this clinic for over 17 years, but my rating has now gone down since the retirement of my good Doctor Greig. The attitude of the man and woman at the front desk is so terrible and I agree with all of the negative reviews about them. Since the retirement of my doctor about three years ago, the clinic has deemed it not okay to allocated another doctor to me. I have been seeing different doctors who don't have my medical file. I recently did blood test and x-ray, and this clinic just ignored me for more than one month regarding the results. Nobody cared to call me about the results. This clinic is so pathetic that I have resolved never to go there again. My good time with retired Dr. Greig has passed. I won't miss going there for sure. My final advice is that those at the front reception desk must change their bad manners.
