We had Josh and David visit our house to clean our ducts. They did a fantastic job and were very personable. We did have a problem when our dryer vent came detached and they were very patient to make sure they could properly attach it back so lint didn’t get back in the house. You can clearly see the difference in the photos and we would recommend Absolute Comfort! Thank you!

During the coldest days, our furniture suddenly stopped working and was completely damaged. It was freezing at home, so we chose Absolute Comfort CS among the many heating and cooling suppliers recommended by Google and made a call at 7 o'clock that night. The operator lady was quick and gentle, which quickly relaxed our nervousness, and within an hour we received Mr. Steve's emergency door-to-door service. Because our Furnace is 23 years old and in poor condition, the technician recommended not to repair it but to replace it with a new one. We think this diagnosis is appropriate. So the next day, Ms. Christine from ACCS came to diagnose the equipment situation again and provided very suitable equipment suggestions and quotations based on our current poor financial situation.
Ms. Christine was very kind and tried her best to help us move the installation date forward. Today, Mr. Jeff, Mr. Tyler and an intern came to help us install the new equipment. They used blankets to protect the floors and put waste materials into special recycling bins. Everything was done very professionally and orderly. After the new furniture was installed, they fully debugged and ensured the equipment was functioning properly. These services made us feel at ease and comfortable. Thanks to Absolute Comfort CS for their help. Their reminders and advance notices before each process are also very timely and considerate, which impressed me deeply. This company is trustworthy and we have already booked new business for April. We will also continue to seek help from experts here, thank you so much!

We had a full house Duct Clean today, Mr. Dustan and Mr. Jason were very competent and experienced, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and left our air smelling great. Thank you so much and highly recommend their services!

Very pleasant experience with the whole staff from absolute comfort services from start to finish with the replacement and installation of additional duct work and new furnace/ac package unit . As far as the performance of the new system goes we will have to wait and see. So far we are quite happy with everything that was completed . The work was all done in one day which in my opinion was an incredible feat. Clean up was also done and employees were polite and considerate. Thank you Absolute Comfort for the incredible service. Tyler, the technician who worked on our AC repair was terrific. He was thorough in the assessment and repair, and took the time to answer our questions with patience and care. We’re VERY impressed with both Tyler and the company as a whole for the quality of work and service. In an extremely warm and busy time, Absolute Comfort were able to get a technician out to address our AC problems very quickly.
Addition to my review: we needed to go with a new AC, so kudos to Wally, the advisor who came to assess and recommend a best choice and fit for a new unit. His knowledge, expertise and patience with our questions was outstanding. The two service technicians, Sean and Rick, who performed our install were also fantastic, and once again took the time to explain our new unit, warranty, etc. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived, and were highly professional from start to finish.

Matt and Sean were excellent! They were professional and worked so hard in extreme heat! Excellent work on the installation! The old furnace and AC were removed promptly and the area was left clean and orderly. The new thermostat was installed by David who did a good job as well. Matt explained how to use the new smart thermostat fully! Sean showed the new surge control on the AC unit as well as explained how he set up the system. I cannot say enough about the wonderful and quick assistance I received from them as well as the sales associate Wally! I know we made the right choice in going with Absolute Home comfort!!! In fact I’m getting my ducts cleaned on Thursday and signing up for the monthly membership which will cover the maintenance on my equipment! They also gave me 10 years parts and labour!! Great job guys!

Great all around experience from Absolute Comfort! Jason and Alec installed our new furnace earlier this week. They did a great job and had us back up and running in no time!
