I did a sleep study in Paris 2 years ago in April and I still have not had a consultation with the doctor that I was told I required. I had to email every day for a week to find out anything regarding the study and I had waited 4 months to hear something..anything from this office. It’s too bad really because the experience at the lab went pretty well. Waiting 2 years for results is ridiculous!!

The technician that prepped my sleep lab was simply amazing. There was no other reasonably ok aspect of this service. I did not receive two emails that included the ability to confirm an appointment (as directed) nor one with a video link for the primary interview with the doctor. Also, I was told 4-6 weeks for results and was contacted for a video follow up with the initial doctor as early as 2 weeks after the lab. The appointment was unable to be booked as the doctor doesn't work the day that they offered me the appt. The receptionist suffers from a language barrier. So now my appointment for follow up is a month away and I've been sent the email indicating the date and that confirmation is required and the'ye left out the confirmation link...

This place is SO DISGUSTING! I was brought to a room and was so grossed out I was going to leave but I waited so long for my appointment, I stayed and just slept in my clothes. There were 5 other people there and we were the first ones there that night so clearly no one cleaned the one little bathroom we all had to share in who knows how long. It’s been a week since I stayed here and I just found lice on my 1yr old and myself and I honestly think it’s from this place since we don’t go anywhere. This place is so disgusting - go somewhere else!

Absolutely terrible place to do business with. My first sleep study was 3 years ago and they still have not given me the prescription even though they have verbally told me the results in person. One of the sleep studies I showed up for they had me booked for a completely different test then what I was there for. Don't even try to get a hold of them, they never answer the phone, don't respond to any voicemails, if you are lucky enough to talk to them they are very rude, I was told "We're busy we'll call you when we have time" and then never got a call back at all. My own family Dr. has tried numerous times to reach out to them by phone/email/fax and they don't even get a response from them at all.

To be fair, the nights of the sleep studies, the technicians that perform the test were always very friendly and informative. I did bring up my concerns to them about this place and the response I got from them was "ya, administration here sucks".

I was very leery of going here after I read all the negative reviews. I was assured they are under new management and “on top of things”. All I can say is I had an excellent first time experience. Technician Tiyanna (not sure of name spelling) was both informative, congenial and just a very nice person! Room was clean and bed/pillows were very comfortable. Went last night and before noon today I already received a call from my Cardiologist’s office with the findings of my test. Accq will be following up.

Not surprised this place is closed. The lady at reception is the rudest person you'll ever meet. She behaves as if she is the guardian you must get past in order to reach the doctor. The doctor is most likely oblivious to her behavior but she power trips for sure. Don't ever get on N.B.'s bad side or you'll NEVER get an appointment at this place or you'll be screwed around with, make an appointment 3 to 6 months from now and then have it cancelled. She'll just waste your life away.

I had sleep lab Nov 9 2023. Lab closed. The other locations do not return phone calls or emails from me or my doctor. I had 17 events and apparently need a CPAP. I can't get appointment with these people and no other lab will see me because I had a sleep study done with these yahoo. So what am I to do? Just quit breathing one night and that's it. This is crazy.
