Received power wheel chair on first trip control pad fell off chair all 4 screws missing drove off curb onto busy street .horrible build quality of their products .I could of been seriously injured.now it broke down and left me stranded again weeks later and chair broke down again couldn't even get a response from store what a poorly run business,with poor quality products.

Mark and his team have assisted me with providing a wheelchair for my father.
He just lost my Mother/partner of 62 years and is a walker/scooter dependant person.
The wheelchair was recommended and provided to suit my father's needs at this difficult time and the staff were undestanding and compassionate to his situation and needs.

This business was another pleasant little surprise here in Woodstock. It was well stocked with a wide variety of devices and medical aids. The people there were VERY nice and helpful!
No sense in travelling to London, Brantford or Kitchener when there is a perfectly good place to get your needs met here. Prices were also very reasonable.

I asked for a wheelchair by a certain time...they were late. They were suppose to come back later yesterday to pick it up...but never did.
I waited for an extra hour.
Excuse i was given today...they had a an emergency and couldnt come. How about calling a customer and letting them know that so they dont sit around for nothing.
Interestingly, when the guy picked it up this morning, he said he never had any memo to pick it up yesterday ( even though invoice said to ).
They need to work on their customer service . Its not the fault of the guy delivering....but whoever took info down.

I do not reccomend this store. This guy owns both stores Woodstock and Brantford I believe. I purchased from Woodstock.They would not do an exchange for me on a faulty product even though the product was under warranty. I had all sales receipts including visa, my invoice ect, original box and packaging and product anything a store would require to do a fair exchange. I spent over 120 dollars on a faulty product and the manger himself laughed at me and told me to go deal with the manufacturing company myself as it wasn't his problem. He even said this isn't Walmart and even they don't return items. This was hilarious to me because Walmart has ALWAYS been fantastic about returns. Next time I will save $60.00 and go to Walmart the heck with supporting local businesses when you are treated like garbage by them in return. This product is 5 months old and has a one year warranty and that didn't matter even though we were told we could exchange it when we bought it if there were problems. Manger has an awful attitude and will laugh in your face and cut you off when you speak, not letting you speak or get a word in. He just doesn't care as its not "his problem" Just save yourself the hassle and don't deal with this store.

Action scheduled the time for pickup and delivery of equipment for my husband. So I rearranged our schedule to accommodate them. Just received a call, saying they can't make THEIR SCHEDULED TIME!! When I got agitated, I was informed that I was being uncooperative. Seriously?

i find it weird how the head manager passes business to parkwood hospittal. weird i must say. action medcal takes no pride in there service. its a shame a better wheelchair vender cant run action medical out of town.
