One has to wonder what prompted Dr. Boudreau to become a sports doctor which is all about dealing with people in pain. This requires not only the diploma, humanity and empathy are at the heart of the profession. Dr. Boudreau has neither. I was in a lot of pain when I saw her and found her abrupt, impatient and rude thoughout the visit. Her behavior was totally unacceptable. Dr. Boudreau bluntly expressed her frustration that her manipulations caused me great pain which made the exam difficult. A sports doctor? Really? There would be a media story to cover and I don't exclude that possibility. I have informed my family doctor and my physiotherapist, who are Aces of heart in their field, of my execrable experience and strongly suggest that my doctor not refer patients to her. She was appalled. I previously dealt with Dr. Weber who had all the attributes required by his profession. On top of the list, a profound comprehension of the physical and emotional ravages caused by pain and great respect for patients suffering from it. On the opposite end, Dr. Boudreau seemed surprised that my mild case of osteoarthritis caused acute pain when it is well know within the profession that there is no correlation between the phase of osteoarthritis and the degree of pain experienced by the patient. I gave 5 stars to the administrative staff of her clinic. I would have given Dr. Boudreau 0 but the option was not available. Within the community of health professional who honor their profession, Dr. Boudreau is an ant amongst giants.

'On ne peut que se demander ce qui a incité le Dr. Boudreau à choisir la médecine sportive, une profession qui requiert une constante interaction avec des personnes qui éprouvent de la douleur, souvent extrême. Cela nécessite bien plus qu'un diplôme, l'humanisme et l'empathie sont au cœur de cette profession. Le Dr. Boudreau ne possède ni l'un ni l'autre bien au contraire. J'éprouvais beaucoup de douleur lors de mon rendez-vous avec elle. Elle s'est montrée brusque, impatiente et très impolie tout au long du rendez-vous. Un comportement absolument inacceptable. Entre autres, Dr. Boudreau a sèchement exprimé sa frustration que ses manipulations me causent de la douleur ce qui rendait l'examen difficile. Médecin des sports? Incroyable. Il y aurait un reportage à faire et je n'exclus pas cette possibilité. J'ai informé mon médecin de famille et ma physiothérapeute, des As de cœur dans leur domaine, de mon expérience exécrable avec ce médecin. J'ai fortement recommandé à mon médecin de ne jamais lui référer de patients. Elle était consternée de mon expérience. Son prédécesseur, le Dr. Weber, avait une réputation enviable et possédait tous les attributs de sa profession. En haut de la liste une profonde compréhension des ravages physiques et émotifs que cause la douleur et un grand respect pour les patients qui en souffrent. Contrairement à lui, le Dr. Boudreau semblait surprise que mon arthrose légère puisse causer une douleur aigue alors qu'il est reconnu dans la profession qu'il n'y a pas de corrélation entre le stade de l'arthrose et la douleur éprouvée par le patient. J'ai donné 5 étoiles au personnel administratif de sa clinique. Je voulais lui en donner 0 mais l'option n'était pas disponible. A l'intérieur de la communauté es professionnels de la santé qui font honneur à leur profession, le Dr. Boudreau est une fourmi parmi les géants.

Tout le personnel ne parle qu'anglais. Très difficile de discuter des besoins si vous n'êtes pas parfaitement bilingue.

I’ve been very happy with the treatment given. Long term injury that keeps flaring up. All the staff are friendly and welcoming . Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for physiotherapy.

Had a visit today with Dr. Boudreau for bilateral knee issues. Dr. Boudreau was fantastic to deal with - she took her time and answered my questions, she identified the issue quickly (and gently!) and established a recovery plan. I left the appointment feeling relieved that I was finally in good hands and hopeful for the rehabilitation. Her front desk staff was also really nice to deal with! Kudos and thank you!

Friendly staff I needed a physiotherapist but this company did not work with my insurance company but the friendly staff recommended me another place and gave me a list of other physiotherapy offices with addresses that could potentially help me. Thank you very much.

Thanks to Andrew and the crew, my painful days are fewer and further between, and I was able to finish a half-marathon after just a few months of treatment. The treatments helped me a lot, and the stretches they taught me to do at home have made a huge difference. I've also had massage treatments with Aaron, and they were excellent.
