Souffrant d’un problème d’arthrose de la hanche, je suis patiente de la clinique ADM Ottawa Physiotherapy depuis 8 mois. Monsieur Andrew Kozman, le directeur des services de physiothérapie, est un physiothérapeute compétent, intègre et d’un très grand professionnalisme. Très attentif aux besoins de ses patients, il fait un suivi rigoureux de ses dossiers et est constamment à la recherche de techniques et de méthodes pour améliorer la qualité de vie et soulager la douleur de ses patients. Ma maladie n’ayant malheureusement pas cessé d’évoluer, je devrai prochainement subir une chirurgie de remplacement de la hanche. Une fois l’opération passée, il ne fait aucun doute que j’aurai recours aux services et aux conseils éclairés d’Andrew pour faciliter ma réadaptation. Fait à noter, Andrew parle et comprend très bien le français, ce qui est très important pour moi.

C'est un des meilleurs centres de physiothérapie dans la ville d'Ottawa. Le service est excellent (amicale, accueillant, serviable), et Andrew est un physiothérapeute qui est bien formé dans son domaine. Je souffre personnellement de scoliose, les exercises qu'il a fourni ainsi que les interventions qu'il a effectué ont aidé à "stabiliser" ma scoliose. Je recommande donc ADM Ottawa Physiotherapy si vous souffrez par exemple de problèmes neuro-musculosquelettiques ou neurologiques.

I came to ADM with knee and arm injuries. Andrew conducted an assessment and provide me with a custom program that met my needs. The exercises were on point and gradual enough to ensure progress. I received top quality services: they asked questions, demonstrated exercises and really listened. They set goals and the right solutions. I am now on full recovery mode and very functional. I highly recommend their services: they are very professional and most efficient.

From the moment I met Andrew and Georges, I knew my elderly mother, a super senior, was in good hands. Andrew was kind and gentle with her, taking the time to explain and teach very patiently the rehabilitation exercises needed to rebuild her strength and balance after a painful back injury. Andrew assessed her needs and designed her program while Georges kindly executed it during home visits. Communication was quick and insurance claims submitted right away. It was also great to be able to communicate in french, especially for mom. She was in good hands and improved steadily. Merci Andrew et merci Georges.

Andrew has a kind and gentle nature, and takes a genuine interest in his patients. He diagnosed the problem and provided exercises that resolved the injury. He takes the time to explain the nature of the injury, and how the exercises rehabilitate the injury. I recommend Andrew without reservation.
