Love love love coming to get my lips done! Dr P always does such a great job: i wouldn’t trust anyone else to do them. Very kind and knowledgeable staff as well. The whole team is amazing and I highly recommend Aegis for any skincare/ aesthetic needs <3

The staff and atmosphere are amazing. They’re very clean, friendly, understanding, and welcoming as soon as you come in.

However, I went to try their laser tattoo removal and it just isn’t effective. To start off, during the consultation, the lady didn’t believe that I was part Caribbean which made me a bit upset because despite not having darker skin, it was rude to say “no you’re not, there’s just no way.” to my face.

The laser they use is outdated so instead, they had to use a stronger amount of power, which resulted in scarring. When they saw that it scarred they blamed me. After that they obviously turned down the strength of the laser which made it do nothing to the tattoo which made me spend around $200 per session for a laser that did nothing.

When I went to a different tattoo removal place that specialized in it (which I recommend for anyone interested in that service) they said that it only looked like I had one session done (I had 5). The cost for the output just isn’t worth it and I recommend looking elsewhere due to their outdated technology and inexperienced employees.

I have recently started going to Dr Plaskos for Botox and filler and couldn't be happier. I am welcomed warmly by the staff and made to feel at home, and they offer coffee or water while you wait, which usually isn't more than 5 min. The results from the treatments I have had are beyond my expectations, I never had results like this from other clinics. She has a fantastic team assisting her, they are professional and compassionate. Their upbeat attitude lets you know that you are in good hands. Thanks Dr Plaskos and team!
