Great staff! Very friendly and they got me in quickly. I didn't like having to say my symptoms out loud in the very small waiting room/reception area. Some things are intimate and private. It made me very uncomfortable and I could tell from another patient that I inadvertently overheard that he was uncomfortable saying his as well. Maybe best to ask those questions when the patient is in the exam room and not the waiting area where there was 8 people waiting.

I didn’t want to write this review, as I wanted to have the chance to talk with the clinic to resolve the problem, but I cannot get through to anyone.

I had an appointment a week ago to get a quick test to see if I had an infection that needed antibiotics. I was pretty sick and somehow got in on the same day I called (mind you, I called about 25-30 times before I got reception).

When I went in, I found out my Medicare was expired (my fault) and had to pay their fee of $50 cash. I handed the reception 3 $20 bills, and while she’s getting my change, she accuses me of not giving her the money. I assured her I handed her $60, and she told me that I didn’t. We went back and forth a few times, and then she tells me she dropped the cash on the floor. No apology for being rude. While in the waiting room, I overheard her answer the phone, place the caller on hold and talk in the back room about some nonsense while the caller probably waited at least 10 mins on hold.

After my quick swab, I confirmed with reception that she would call me whether I needed antibiotics or not, I just wanted to know what I had. She confirmed it would be the next day or the following Monday.

I’ve yet to hear from anyone about my test. I called the clinic and ungodly amount of times and keep getting the “we’re closed, call back when we’re open” voicemail. I called the hospital, they couldn’t give me the results, and my family doctor is unreachable as well.

I’m super unhappy with wasting my time at this clinic, and would’ve liked to resolve this over the phone instead of a google review but since you cannot contact them, here we are.

Travelling from out of province. I’m a RN with history diabetes. Needed to see a doc quickly for infected toe. Arrived at 9 am. Receptionist polite and professional got me in within 50 min. Doc provided antibiotic. Smooth as silk. Thank you

TARA the receptionist is abusive and I am extremely dissatisfied with the receptionist's behavior and will be filing a formal complaint. She isnt screening patients properly at all and is quite uneducated.

The customer service provided was terrible, and she refused to allow me to be seen. The receptionist misunderstood my symptoms, telling me to go to the hospital for loose stool. When I tried to clarify and correct her that I was not seeking care for diarrhea as I wasnt experiencing diarrhea symtoms at all, but rather for UTI symptoms and wanted a requisition to have my urine tested, she refused and hung up on me.

UTI is not a reason to go to the emergency department, and requesting a UTI requisition is certainly within the scope of care. Someone this uneducated who misunderstands clients symtpoms than speaks over them and hangs up shouldnt be in this office. She isnt a doctor and her behaviour isnt profressional. This experience has raised serious concerns about where my tax dollars are going, especially given the receptionist’s unprofessionalism and ignorance. She clearly should not be in that role.

I will take every necessary step to ensure that proper patient care and respect are upheld, and I will report this incident to every appropriate authority. Im sick of the receptionist thinking her two year college diploma gives her a right to treat others terribly. She isnt a doctor and a UTI isnt on the list of things to see the hospital for and it isnt out of thr scope of practice. I called the emergency department and they were apaulled she is sending people like me with my symtoms to the emergency when that doesnt fall under emergency when a clinic is more than able to see a patient for UTI. Theyre not following proper guidelines and protocol. They're filling up the emergency rooms with things that arent an emergency based off the receptionists lack of skills and communication.

When I called back to speak to the owner or supervisor or someone else in charge the recepitionist refused.

I recommend anyone else with a poor experience with the receptionist to report her.

Very rude staff, prescription for a regular blood test they are not even giving that and they are saying we don’t deal with this. We don’t deal with that a lot of problems and this medical system is having a lot of problems here.

Would leave no stars if I could. Clinic was set to open at 9am. I came in with my very sick 4 years old right at opening time. We stood for an hour waiting for the doctor to show up. Even the store staff (who were all excellent) stated that the clinic was indeed supposed to be open at 9am- they even went as far as texting the doctor to see where she was as myself and 2 other people had arrived and were waiting for care. The doctor never replied. We called the clinic number several times with no answer. At 10am we called the clinic number again, only to find out the doctor had changed the message to say they were closed today. A medical professional who no shows her clinic with no notice and communication with the staff that are trying to reach her is unacceptable. Dont waste your time on this clinic as the doctor clearly doesn’t care about helping her patients.
