Really disappointed by this merging/consolidation. I love Dr. Van Walraven and Lori at reception, but ever since this merger, I've had more issues than ever. Where it may have taken max 2-3 weeks to see a specialist before, it's now taking over 3 months at minimum.

I don't know why I'm complaining, maybe just hoping that whoever was in charge of this consolidation can feel some shame and guilt knowing that they've made "getting better" a LOT harder. If possible, please go back to the unconsolidated teams, and allow doctors to refer outside of this "community" team, because clearly, it's not working for the community.

My husband visited for the second time yesterday and his experience was very good.
Dr was professional, to the point, helpful to assist with info about where to connect to get a CPAC machine,
He was on time and thorough.
Our first visit was not as cordial but we understand .doctor are very stressed and we appreciate his expertise.

Absolutely fed up with this doctors office. 2nd time now I’ve showed up for my 8am appointment and they canceld my appointment the morning of with no call no text, nothing. When us as patients cancel before 48hours we are subject to a charge. Who’s gonna pay me for missing work twice now… this is absolutely unacceptable. Receptionist tried telling me they called me the night before then the story changed to this morning I showed my call log they never even tried reaching out. She then called whoever to find out I was correct and they didn’t call. Where’s my compensation for my loss work time. Are you going to pay my bills and gas for driving here for no reason?

Good evening,
I took my son this morning to the Prince William Way Clinic, was standing in front of the door trying to figure out what the procedure was when the lady that was receiving people opened the door and asked me if I had an appointment to which I said "yes," and she rudely told me to read the signs that were posted and closed the door.  Another patient's mom who heard the interaction said to me "she was feisty, but it's always that way." I told her that I thought it was me but she said "no, no it's always that way." To be honest I've been to that clinic a handful of times either for myself or my in-laws and I have always been treated nicely but not today.  My son had an appointment and we had been asked to arrive 5 mins earlier which we did.  When the lady who was doing the intake reopened the door and let my son and I in I decided to mention to her that she didn't need to be so rude.  To which she barked "I wasn't being rude, you were standing in front of the door for 10 minutes reading the sign, is that how long it takes you to read?" I said your policies are always changing and I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. So she yelled at me to get out, she told me that the office was privately run and that she didn't need to put up with me and that I had to leave (all while yelling) I told her no, that I had an appointment for my son and he needed to be seen and I couldn't leave without him being seen, she kept yelling at me to leave and I refused because I wasn't the one that had behaved rudely to begin with to which she told me to "shut my mouth!"  The lady from reception then asked what was going on and I said "this lady is being rude and telling me that I have to leave but my son has an appointment and I'm not leaving so she told me to "keep your mouth shut and wait outside," I turned to the lady that was doing the intake and said look I'm sorry but you're sign sits on top of another sign and then just kept repeating that I was sorry and I was crying hysterically and was so desperate for my son to be seen (I found a bump on the back of my son's ear and was attempting to get an answer by having the doctor check him out).  She finally agreed and took our temperatures and  let my 8 year old son pass to his appointment.  I have never been belittled like that in my 42 years of life. I am a well educated individual and I teach my children to respect others and respect authority.  Today this lady completely abused the authority that was entrusted to her in a way that no one should have to experience.  Like I stated above, I've been to this clinic before and have never endured such verbal abuse or the like by anyone there, in fact everyone has always been so pleasant but to be honest I highly doubt that I will be returning and I will be mentioning my experience to my doctor's office.

Receptionist lost an important package that was personally handed to them with the name of the intended doctor. The doctor never recieved this package and now a 3 month process must be restarted.

Absolute lack of competence, not to mention a breach of privacy. Now there is a package with all my personal info and a personal note floating around somewhere.

I want the receptionist fired.

Dr. M Zimmerman - I was referred to Dr. Zimmerman and was told she was “amazing”. Had three appointments with her and today, on the last one, she brings up the option for me to see another Gyno. She said “I have no great explanation why I feel this way [since the first day she met me she felt a barrier, like it’s not going to workout, why she always rambles on and doesn’t let me be heard] but every time we meet I have the sense that you don’t feel like I’m hearing you. If you’d like me to refer you to another Gyno I’ll do so”. I never brought it up. All this while I was half naked on the bench waiting for her to do a biopsy. I’m so tired and exhausted that I’m just going to start all over again with another Gyno. Every time I’d ask her to slow down, repeat something or ask for further clarification she’d take a big sigh. Did not even get to find out what’s wrong with me. Do not Recommend.

The Prenatal Well Baby Clinic ladies have been great. All my visits with my nurse practitioner, Nicole, have been better and more thorough then with my OB. She continues to provide support, knowledge and answer all my questions when I feel they are not being answered. Keep up the great work!!! I will be continuing to bring my baby there after birth as well.

I turned up for my appointment at 3 o'clock I saw the doctor at 4 o'clock I was out of the clinic after what they call annual check up I was done by 415. The annual check up consisted of them asking me questions and then give me paperwork for blood tests. I was told by friends annual check ups involve physical examinations this one didn't just a long wait in the waiting room not happy.
