I've seen this dr twice and both times I thought he was great. He was very informative when I asked questions. He did my surgery and even found another issue and fixed that problem while I was opened up. Something I didn't even know I had. So im very thankful for him amd his team. The hospital staff was amazing aswell helping with my needs and attending to me.

Terrible experience with this doctor. I got in there and he didn’t listen to a word I said, he has one surgery and one idea that he wants to do and he will not listen to your particular symptoms and what you actually need. He will absolutely insist on his own way, and as long as you want him name you and do whatever he wants then he’s all happy. He refused to explain any procedure, or show me any options. He just wants to get the money that old hip will pay him for expensive surgeries and he will entertain no other ideas. Avoid this doctor at any cost.

He is VERY unprofessional. I will no longer let the hospital allow him to treat me.
When I first visited his office, for follow up, after being released from the hospital; I filled in the normal forms, asking for a list of medications, and allergies, among other things. During the visit, he never once, looked up at me, and rarely spoke to me, or asked me anything. He just re-read his notes that he had taken from when I was in the hospital.
He perscribed me medication that I was already taking, and medication that I was allergic to (although he had that information in front of him).
He then booked me for a follow up appointment.
When I arrived for the appointment, he asked why I was there, and I told him that he had requested the appointment. He then investigated why, only to find that he was suposed to have booked me for a proceedure, and this was the follow up to the procedure....that he never booked.

Dr Al and his secretary are extremely professional and my experience is nothing but excellent. This doctor saved my life.

I would not recommend him to anyone, seemed very rushed and no bedside patient care.
Didnt fully explain what he was going to do and didnt look into other options. I had similar surgery before that was a lot less invasive and recovery was a lot quicker and easier.
Did not answer any of my questions just brushed me off and told me to look it up.

Inconsiderate, doesn't care. Dropped my mom off for an appointment she was the only one waiting he had zero other patients and he spent a half hour on the phone In his office. Unprofessional!!
